Cards are different cards in round 3
I tried over and over..
it always took the one I thought of

pretty trippy

how many times did it pick your card Wook?
There are six small cards below. Do not select your card by clicking on it. Instead, please say the name of your card out loud so that you remember it.

I have removed your card!

2 out of 2 x the program chose the right card.

I read a few of the hypothesis about how this could work. Several thought there might be eyeball scans in place??? another thought that we are led to choose the 'right' card. And without really checking out the card choice myself I have a tendency to believe there is a subconscious reason for choosing which card we choose and also which eyeball we choose to click on too.
Of course your card is always missing, all of the cards in the top row of cards are always missing in the next row under it.
uh... <img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/lol.gif" alt="Lol" title="lol" /> ummm .... duhhh

I'm looking at the pic, trying to see if perhaps the colors were different, checking out the sharpness, size, all the different possible ways they could change a card, ready to run it through Photoshop to see how they "pre-chose" a card for us, etc. hahahahaha. Good one.

(I am not a dumbass, I am not a dumbass, I am not a dumbass.)
Pickover's "ESP Experiment" is merely an exercise of "Induced Hysterical Blindness".

You immediately see the K/Swords is missing and thus verify the "hit"...while ignoring the fact that ALL the cards were changed after one was removed.
Sooo...you DON'T know if your guess was right.
All you REALLY know is that there are less cards than before.
