American Ambassador Christopher Stevens, who was murdered with three other Americans in Benghazi in 2012, was involved in a secret U.S. arms deal with al-Qaida-backed Libyan rebels, retired Army Maj. Gen. Paul Vallely has claimed.

Dear Prez
the problem in the VA isn't "outdated " computers
but "overstuffed" bureaucrats.

Re: The Scandal That Will Bring Obama Down - goshawks - 05-30-2014

Wook: There would be no 'humanitarian' reason to delay treatment to veterans at the staff or even middle-management level. I suspect that orders came down 'from above' to cut costs by X-ty percent, and VA top management worked out 'methods' to meet those orders. (Excluding graft or empire-building for the moment.) Either the bean-counters or active bad-guys above them should be held 'feet to the fire'...  Whistle

My father (dead now) was an Army doctor. He was 'drafted' in his last year at med school to go to the Presidio in San Francisco to care for the tens of thousands of GIs coming back in tatters from the WWII island-hopping campaigns. I can barely even envision the scale of it. It must have been soul-searing. Much later, he was second-in-command at Walter Reed at the height of the Vietnam 'War' and responsible for oversight of care of the wounded (including long-term wounded) there. I suspect he would be absolutely boiling-over at what is going on...  Whip

I think I heard the other day

More Vets should be employed at the VA.

American Soldier Who Served With Freed POW Casts Doubt on Official Story; Fears Reprisal From Obama Administration

Quote:Early Saturday it was announced by the administration that the only American prisoner of war in Afghanistan was released in exchange for 5 Guantanamo Bay terrorists being set free to Qatar. [Explicit language below.]

The circumstances of the capture of Bowe Bergdahl had been in question long before his release – supposedly he had wandered off and captured by the Taliban.

But a soldier on Twitter is claiming that the official story is untrue, and has posted his version of the events that led to Bowe’s capture as I originally posted on my blog.

Towards the end of his story, he says he fears reprisal from the Obama administration, and asks for legal help. It must be noted also that he has a avatar that bears a picture of Bowe with the word “traitor” posted over it.

After stating that “F[***] what you I heard. I was there.,” here are the tweets telling his version of the story so far:

Quote:Still trying to figure out what President Barack Obama’s foreign policy doctrine is? Search no more. The White House has got you covered.

“For those pining for an Obama Doctrine victory for the president, here it is: ‘Don’t Do Stupid Shit,’” Politico’s Mike Allen wrote in his daily tip sheet, the Politico Playbook, Saturday. “Playbook rarely prints a four-letter word — our nephews are loyal readers. But we are, in this case, because that is the precise phrase President Obama and his aides are using in their off-the-record chats with journalists.”

Allen went on to point out all the places the phrase has popped up in recent days and weeks.

“If the aim was to get this phrase in circulation to define the Obama doctrine, mission accomplished!” he wrote. “It appeared in the L.A. Times at the end of Obama’s Asia trip this spring, was reprised in the lead story of Thursday’s New York Times, and is used TWICE in today’s NYT — once in the news columns, and once in a column by Tom Friedman, who was part of an off-the-record roundtable with Obama on Tuesday.”

“WHAT’S CLEAR is that the White House is pushing this line hard, and effectively,” he concluded. “What’s not clear is how a high school cliché will help successfully define a foreign policy that many on the right and left find soft and uninspired.”

For the smartest president in the history of humanity, this is hardly a sophisticated, much less ambitious, doctrine. As for whether President Obama has lived up to his own doctrine, well, that’s another question altogether.

Quote:A new poll shows about 80% of Americans think President Barack Obama is “personally” responsible for at least some of the issues with the medical care provided to former soldiers by the Department of Veterans Affairs.

The Washington Post-ABC News poll, released Tuesday, found 38% of respondents viewed Obama responsible for a “good” or “great” amount of the VA’s woes; another 41% said Obama was responsible for “just some” of the controversy. That makes for 79% of voters who lay at least some of the blame for the scandal with the president.

Eric Stahl, who recently retired as a major in the U.S. Air Force, served as commander and pilot of the C-17 aircraft that was used to transport the corpses of the four casualties from the Benghazi attacks – then-U.S. Ambassador to Libya Chris Stevens, information officer Sean Smith, and former Navy SEALs Glen Doherty and Tyrone Woods – as well as the assault’s survivors from Tripoli to the safety of an American military base in Ramstein, Germany.

In an exclusive interview on Fox News’ “Special Report,” Stahl said members of a CIA-trained Global Response Staff who raced to the scene of the attacks were “confused” by the administration’s repeated implication of the video as a trigger for the attacks, because “they knew during the attack…who was doing the attacking.” Asked how, Stahl told anchor Bret Baier: “Right after they left the consulate in Benghazi and went to the [CIA] safehouse, they were getting reports that cell phones, consulate cell phones, were being used to make calls to the attackers’ higher ups.”

A separate U.S. official, one with intimate details of the bloody events of that night, confirmed the major’s assertion. The second source, who requested anonymity to discuss classified data, told Fox News he had personally read the intelligence reports at the time that contained references to calls by terrorists – using State Department cell phones captured at the consulate during the battle – to their terrorist leaders. The second source also confirmed that the security teams on the ground received this intelligence in real time.

Quote:Benghazi Filmmaker CONFIRMED to be an Agent of Eric Holder Justice Department
By Shoebat Foundation on June 12, 2014 in Featured, General
By Walid Shoebat, Ben Barrack and Keith Davies

The producer of the anti-Muhammad video the Obama administration blamed for the Benghazi attacks is actually a confirmed agent of Eric Holder’s Justice Department.

Nakoula: Filmmaker admitted to being Muslim.

The damning trail of evidence begins when a fictitious narrative was concocted by the FBI to lure the courts that Nakoula (the Filmmaker, aka Yousef) was supposed to help the FBI catch Eiad Salameh, his partner in crimes for many years. Yet, the deal was never fulfilled and Eiad was let go by the Feds in 2011 as revealed in a firsthand account never before reported, including a recorded conversation between Nakoula and in which the filmmaker defended Eiad, the very man he was supposed to help the FEDS catch!

Bolstering the case (aside from the Feds letting two criminals go) is how the filmmaker became an agent of Eric Holder. After Nakoula’s arrest, there was a very curious development at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Central District of California, which was handling his case through an Assistant U.S. Attorney who suddenly was pulled off the case and replaced by a full bird -  Chief of the office’s Criminal Division, Robert Dugdale.

Robert Dugdale: Given Nakoula Case and public not told why.
Robert Dugdale: Given Nakoula Case and public not told why.

Nakoula got high-profile attention.
In an article that appeared in the Washington Times, Kerry Picket wrote:

What is curious, though, is the fact that the original Asst. U.S. Atty. Jennifer Williams, who helped prosecute Mr. Yousef’s [Nakoula] bank fraud conviction, is not the attorney Mr. Yousef’s lawyers would eventually deal with. Mr. Yousef’s probation violation case, for no explained reason, was kicked up to Chief Criminal Division prosecutor Asst. U.S. Atty. Robert Dugdale. Dugdale is second in the chain of command below U.S. Atty. Andre Birotte of the Central District of California.

Picket was suspicious, she attempted to get answers from the office’s spokesman, Thom Mrozek:
When I pointed out that AUSA Dugdale was not part of the team of attorneys who did prosecute Yousef’s case and asked why the case was kicked up the chain to AUSA Dugdale, Mr. Mrozek responded, “I don’t comment on staffing decisions.”

The U.S. Attorney over Dugdale – Andre Birotte, Jr. became the local caretaker of a very high profile and high stakes case the Obama administration wanted to control very closely and later was nominated by Obama to be U.S. District Judge for California’s Central District.

Birotte: His office handled Nakoula case after Benghazi.

Eiad Salameh, Nakoula’s partner in crimes – also beholden to the administration – obtained special favors from doing the Justice Department’s bidding. According to a report by The Smoking Gun just days after the Benghazi attacks, charges against Eiad (who has a proven rap sheet ) were dropped in the same year that Canadian authorities picked him up:

It is unclear whether Salameh, whose whereabouts are unknown, has been charged in connection with the bank fraud. Salameh was named in a 2006 federal criminal complaint charging him with felony fraud. That complaint–filed under one of Salameh’s many aliases–was dismissed last year by federal prosecutors. A court docket shows that no filings were made after the initial complaint, likely indicating that Salameh was never apprehended.

But the last sentence is incorrect; Salameh was apprehended.

Jeffrey Mason of the Canadian Peel Police picked Salameh up in January of 2011!

At that time, he should have been wanted in connection with both the 2006 and 2009 cases, assuming he was involved in the Nakoula bank fraud case. Yet, the 2006 case was dropped in either the same month Eiad was arrested or in the months that followed. has learned from one retired FBI agent that this doesn’t just happen unless Eiad was providing the Feds with something in return for such treatment.

As has reported, a timeline provides further evidence that the Obama Administration was in cahoots with these figures in the summer of 2011, during the July-August time frame.

1.) Secretary of State Hillary Clinton co-chaired a meeting in Istanbul, Turkey with the head of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC). It was to be the first of several meetings that would become known as “The Istanbul Process”. One of the objectives of the OIC has been and remains, to pressure non-Muslim countries to censor speech critical of Islam.

2.) Nakoula began casting for his video.

3.) Eiad Salameh was put on a plane back to Palestine by the Canadians after Eric Holder’s FBI refused to have him extradited and charged.

Eiad was clearly on the hook with the U.S. Justice Department if his 2006 case was dismissed.

FBI’s Benghazi Investigation
When UN Ambassador Susan Rice blamed Nakoula’s video for the Benghazi attacks during her five Sunday talk show appearances on September 16, 2012, it served to anger the president of Libya, who shortly before Rice, had identified the attack as an act of terrorism. Last year, State Department whistle blower Gregory Hicks, the Deputy Chief of Mission in Libya at the time of the attacks, testified about this and said Rice’s comments prevented the FBI from getting to the site of the attacks for weeks.

Here is Hicks giving his testimony while being questioned by the current chairman of the House Select Committee on Benghazi, Rep. Trey Gowdy (R-SC):

Based on the FBI’s relationship with Nakoula and Eiad, the longer it took to get to the scene of the Benghazi attacks, the more compromised that scene would become. A compromised crime scene would have served to aid the perpetuation of the video narrative.

Hicks also testified that he was not interviewed by the FBI:

Silencing Skeptics
Is it unusual for the U.S. Government to empower informants to engage in a massive scheme and criminal enterprise for the purpose of creating a political climate to help push an agenda? Hardly. In much the same way that the Obama State Department championed the “Istanbul Process” as a vehicle to assault the first amendment, a gunwalking operation was used to assault the second amendment.

In Operation Fast and Furious, multiple federal agencies worked together as part of an Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force (OCDETF). The stated purpose of the operation was to track guns that were being trafficked into Mexico, arrest the bad guys, and confiscate the guns. In reality, as has been clearly demonstrated, the actual purpose was to allow the guns to “walk” into Mexico and make their way into the hands of drug cartels after the ATF – an arm of the Justice Department – mandated U.S. gun store owners sell the guns to bad guys.

In 2011, ATF Special Agent in Charge (SAC) William Newell was grilled by House Oversight Committee member, Rep. Patrick Meehan (R-PA) about the operation being an OCDETF case. Newell trapped himself in one of the most compelling moments of Fast and Furious hearings, beginning at the 3:00 mark:

he guns would be picked up at crime scenes and American gun store owners would be blamed in a blood libel (sound familiar?). The cover of that operation was blown after the death of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry. An ATF whistle blower named John Dodson came forward and the scandal was exposed.

If blood libel and the collateral damage of innocent human lives in the interest of pushing an agenda like like gun control was used to launch an assault on the second amendment, why would it be beyond plausibility to envision the same administration launching an assault on the first amendment using to create the climate for speech control?

Ironically – and perhaps not so coincidentally – the man in charge of the Criminal Division involved in both Fast and Furious and the post-Benghazi prosecution of Nakoula was Lanny Breuer.

Obama’s Marxist Roots
From Obama’s Marxist Roots we can learn about the term agitprop which describes a tactic that is of Russian origin. It has three definitions one of which is “agitation and propaganda”, promoted  by “agitpropists”, people who are trained or take part in such activities. Fast and Furious was clearly agitprop and it was also an OCDETF case, which meant it spread across an entire administration. Such was the anti-Muhammad video which also involved multiple administration agencies and departments. Barack Obama’s Communist Party USA (CPUSA) mentor was Frank Marshall Davis, a man followed closely by a completely different FBI for 19 years. Davis wasn’t just a CPUSA member; he was a Communist writer and propagandist; he was an… “agitpropist”.

In conclusion, cutting a deal with one criminal to help them catch another it didn’t want brings legitimate questions about how Nakoula’s case was handled by Holder’s Criminal Division, where the possible monies obtained for the film, led at the time nationally by a figure whose claim to infamy is that he wound up as a central figure in the Operation Fast and Furious gunwalking scandal – Assistant Attorney General Lanny Breuer. Along with Holder, Breuer, Dugdale, Birotte should all be deposed by the House Select Committee on Benghazi.

So should Nakoula and Eiad.

The question should be: Why did the law enforcement bureau Holder led refuse to pick up Eiad when offered on a silver platter by Canadian authorities in 2011. What was the source of the monies spent on the movie? Why was Nakoula given a lesser prison sentence to help the FBI arrest someone it didn’t want, thereby making the plea deal about something else?

In the days after the Benghazi attacks, Nakoula was arrested for violating the terms of his probation. The optics, coupled with the Obama administration’s attempts to blame the video for the deaths, clearly communicated that he was being punished for producing a “crude and disgusting video” that was critical of Islam. Unfortunately, the outrage Nakoula’s arrest generated in conservative circles actually played to the Obama administration’s advantage creating a distraction from the devastating truth.

Based on this explosive development, enough probable cause exists to investigate whether or not Eiad was involved in financing Nakoula’s video production. In this ABC News story filed just two days after the Benghazi attacks, it was revealed that the cost of the video was between $50,000 – $60,000 financed by his family in Egypt.

Just two weeks after Benghazi, published a report about the claim by Nakoula that his “family” provided him with the funds to produce the video. As we wrote then, this “family” has not been located:

…if an Egyptian by the name of Nakoula Bacile Nakoula is blamed for angering over a billion Muslims, it would not be that difficult to find the entire family in Egypt, to include brothers, cousins, aunts, siblings wife, wives, ex-wives, mistresses, and pets, et. al., especially since the riots that spanned across 30 nations were sparked in Egypt.

In the Middle East, you are known by your clan. Yet, Egypt cannot produce neither this man’s family or his background?

Was Eiad the source of the $50,000 – $60,000? The Feds clearly couldn’t have their fingerprints on the money but two informants who were beholden to the Justice Department could. Is this why he wasn’t taken into custody when the Canadians offered him up?

Providing even further evidence that Nakoula’s video was about agitprop and blood libel are his initial claims about the source of his funding. According to the ABC News report above, Nakoula attempted to say the video cost $5 Million and was funded by a consortium of wealthy Jewish friends. This was clearly lie.

In a exclusive, we learned that Nakoula recently told one of the actresses in his video – Cindy Lee Garcia – that he is a Muslim after being confronted by Garcia. This claim is bolstered by the mere partnership of Nakoula and Eiad.

Eiad Salameh is a Muslim fundamentalist who hates Coptic Christians. If Nakoula was a Copt, why would Salameh partner with him? The answer is that Nakoula is a Muslim who used agitprop and blood libel as an agent of the Obama administration and its Justice Department.

Quote:Texas border agents directed not to talk to reporters, warned press may ‘disguise themselves’

The surge in immigrant children caught crossing the southern border in Texas that has dominated headlines and risks becoming a political crisis for President Barack Obama and Congress includes a new threat facing Border Patrol agents: reporters.

An assistant chief patrol agent, Eligio “Lee” Pena, warned more than 3,000 Border Patrol agents that journalists looking for information about what Obama has described as a humanitarian crisis are likely to ask for information and “may try to disguise themselves.” The email, obtained by The Associated Press, said agents should not speak to reporters, on or off duty, without advanced permission and warned that anyone who does could be charged with a crime or disciplined administratively.

Customs and Border Protection Commissioner Gil Kerlikowske told the AP on Friday he was not aware of Pena’s email warnings but said generally, “I am not a fan of telling people not to talk.” Kerlikowske, who has pledged greater transparency since taking over the agency earlier this year, did not formally disavow the directive but added that Border Patrol agents should be focused on their jobs while on duty.

Pena’s email was issued as national news organizations descended on the border to cover the immigration surge, especially children crossing the border alone from Central America. The problem has overwhelmed the Border Patrol. More than 47,000 children traveling alone have been found at the border since the start of the budget year in October.

Pena did not describe what sorts of disguises could be employed by reporters.

Re: The Scandal That Will Bring Obama Down - Wook - 06-16-2014
Quote:As House Ways and Means Commitee chairman Dave Camp said, "The fact that I am just learning about this, over a year into the investigation, is completely unacceptable and now calls into question the credibility of the IRS’s response to congressional inquiries,” he said in a statement. "There needs to be an immediate investigation and forensic audit by Department of Justice as well as the Inspector General."

According to NRO, the agency informed Camp that a computer crash resulted in the loss of e-mails between January 2009 and April 2011 sent between Lerner and outside agencies such as the White House and the Department of Justice. "Those messages are particularly relevant given revelations earlier this week that the agency in 2010 transmitted a database to the FBI containing confidential taxpayer information, potentially in violation of federal law."

The IRS said in a separate statement that it has or will produce 24,000 e-mails from the period between 2009 and 2011 using the files of 82 individuals with whom Lerner corresponded, and that it has produced nearly all of the 67,000 e-mails sent and received by Lerner during her time at the agency.

Apparently lack of document (and email) retention is a crime for everyone, but not for the IRS. And furthermore, only when it comes to the IRS, can a single computer crash destroy the entire email path history, even as it crosses through countless servers across the world, and ultimately lands in somebody else's inbox.

It goes without saying that for the IRS to even assume someone would believe this particular, and quite spectacular, lie is beyond insulting to even the most gullible idiot among the US population.

So we won't say it.

What, however, was simply a bizarre, if idiotic, lie has just been taken to a whole new level of ridiculousness, when moments ago, representative Steve Stockman (R-Texas) announced he would request that the National Security Agency help in the hunt for missing emails to and from the IRS’s Lois Lerner, and recover two years worth of "lost" emails. From the Hill:

In a letter to NSA Director Michael Rogers on Friday, Stockman requested that the NSA turn over information it has about emails between Lerner and outside groups between January 2009 and April 2011.

Stockman’s request for the NSA’s “metadata” on the emails comes as congressional Republicans probe whether the IRS mishandled applications for tax-exempt status from Tea Party and conservative groups.

In a statement, Stockman said the NSA’s information “will establish who Lerner contacted and when, which helps investigators determine the extent of illegal activity by the IRS.”

“Your prompt cooperation in this matter will be greatly appreciated and will help establish how IRS and other personnel violated rights protected by the First Amendment,” Rogers wrote.

Turns out all those jokes about people calling the NSA and asking for backups of lost emails and of course files (because remember, courtesy of complicit megacorporations, the NSA has full backdoor access to everything anyone does) - they weren't jokes at all.

And now the NSA is caught between a rock and a hard place: because if it refuses an officialcongressional demand, it shows once again that the spy agency is entirely separated from any concept of checks and balances and accountability; if it complies, it confirms that all the NSA is, considering it can't even tap into a bunch of Al Qaeda phones and figure out what the jihadists' strategy is in Iraq, is just a massive data repository of all US electronic information, to be abused at will by corrupt, criminal government workers, some of whom will likely have to resort to the "dog ate my emails" excuse in the immediate future.

It sounds as if they know there will be no consequences to their cover-up.

Perhaps, the following is why. I have no idea if this is legit or bogus, but eyebrow-raising if so:
Quote:1.  Is the Internal Revenue Service (“IRS”) an organization within the U.S. Department of the Treasury?

Answer:  No.  The IRS is not an organization within the United States Department of the Treasury.  The U.S. Department of the Treasury was organized by statutes now codified in Title 31 of the United States Code, abbreviated “31 U.S.C.”  The only mention of the IRS anywhere in 31 U.S.C. §§ 301?315 is an authorization for the President to appoint an Assistant General Counsel in the U.S. Department of the Treasury to be the Chief Counsel for the IRS.  See 31 U.S.C. 301(f)(2).

At footnote 23 in the case of Chrysler Corp. v. Brown, 441 U.S. 281 (1979), the U.S. Supreme Court admitted that no organic Act for the IRS could be found, after they searched for such an Act all the way back to the Civil War, which ended in the year 1865 A.D.  The Guarantee Clause in the U.S. Constitution guarantees the Rule of Law to all Americans (we are to be governed by Law and not by arbitrary bureaucrats).  See Article IV, Section 4.  Since there was no organic Act creating it, IRS is not a lawful organization.

2.  If not an organization within the U.S. Department of the Treasury, then what exactly is the IRS?

Answer:  The IRS appears to be a collection agency working for foreign banks and operating out of Puerto Rico under color of the Federal Alcohol Administration (“FAA”).  But the FAA was promptly declared unconstitutional inside the 50 States by the U.S. Supreme Court in the case of U.S. v. Constantine, 296 U.S. 287 (1935), because Prohibition had already been repealed.
When all the evidence is examined objectively, IRS appears to be a money laundry, extortion racket, and conspiracy to engage in a pattern of racketeering activity, in violation of 18 U.S.C. 1951 and 1961 et seq. (“RICO”).  Think of Puerto RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act);  in other words, it is an organized crime syndicate operating under false and fraudulent pretenses.  See also the Sherman Act and the Lanham Act.

3.  By what legal authority, if any, has the IRS established offices inside the 50 States of the Union?

Answer:  After much diligent research, several investigators have concluded that there is no known Act of Congress, nor any Executive Order, giving IRS lawful jurisdiction to operate within any of the 50 States of the Union.

Quote:Some facts to consider:
1 There are 25,356 government agency workers earning $180,000 or more.
2 18,709 of those workers work at the Department of Veteran Affairs (5% of workforce).
3 2,355 are at the Department of Health and Human Services (3% of workforce).
4 1,605 are at the Department of Transportation (3% of workforce).

Note, again, that this list is of civilian workers — no members of the military are included; neither does it include the Judiciary Branch or congressional staff. By way of contrast, the percentage of those earning more than $180,000 at the Department of Defense, the largest agency of the government, is just under 1/2%.

Quote:The head of the IRS confirmed Wednesday that investigators looking into missing emails from ex-agency official Lois Lerner have found and are reviewing "backup tapes" -- despite earlier IRS claims that the tapes had been recycled.

IRS Commissioner John Koskinen, testifying before a House oversight subcommittee, stressed that he does not know "how they found them" or "whether there's anything on them or not." But he said the inspector general's office advised him the investigators are reviewing tapes to see if they contain any "recoverable" material.

The revelation is significant because the IRS claimed, when the agency first told Congress about the missing emails, that backup tapes "no longer exist because they have been recycled."

It is unclear whether the tapes in IG custody contain any Lerner emails, but Koskinen said investigators are now checking.

Quote:The IRS destroyed former Lois Lerner’s BlackBerry after Congress started probing whether the IRS was targeting conservative groups. Lerner was director of the Exempt Organizations Division of the IRS. A sworn declaration of Thomas Kane, a senior IRS lawyer, reveals that in June 2012, the IT department of the IRS wiped any sensitive or proprietary information from the BlackBerry in preparation for its destruction.

The declaration is part of a lawsuit against the IRS brought by the conservative watchdog group, Judicial Watch. The group said last week in a related statement that Department of Justice attorneys for the IRS told them last week that all government computer records, including emails, are backed up. They said, however, that to search the backup system would be too onerous. Judicial Watch lashed out at the DOJ’s position.

“This is a jaw-dropping revelation,” said the organization’s president, Tom Fitton, in a statement. “The Obama administration had been lying to the American people about Lois Lerner’s missing emails. There are no ‘missing’ Lois Lerner emails—nor missing emails of any of the other top IRS or other government officials whose emails seem to be disappearing at increasingly alarming rate.”

Judicial Watch also said it plans to raise searching backup files with the judge in the case, Judge Emmett Sullivan.

The White House has said that despite

I never expected TPTB to ultimately release self-incriminating files. The main thing I see that Judicial Watch is doing (positively) is in raising the consciousness of the general public that there is a public government and a private (in every sense of the word) government. I will leave it to the gentle reader as to which government is in charge...

Before Obama goes down he will declare martial law.

You know, the best way to 'predict' the future so-called President - whoever it may turn out to be - would be to heavily monitor the next few Bilderberg meetings. Carter was 'invited' there before his nomination. Don't know about Reagan. Bush I&II were already 'insiders', so didn't need 'blessings'. Pre-nomination, both Hillary and Barak disappeared from view for a few hours while being very close to the Bilderberg meeting conveniently held in America. Barak just went to the last Bilderberg meeting, publicly. If it were me, I would keep a very close eye on all likely candidates and see who is invited or shows up at a Bilderberg meeting. Voilà!

Quote:WASHINGTON (AP) -- The IRS says it has lost emails from five more workers who are part of congressional investigations into the treatment of conservative groups that applied for tax exempt status.

The tax agency said in June that it could not locate an untold number of emails to and from Lois Lerner, who headed the IRS division that processes applications for tax-exempt status. The revelation set off a new round of investigations and congressional hearings.

On Friday, the IRS said it has also lost emails from five other employees related to the probe, including two agents who worked in a Cincinnati office processing applications for tax-exempt status.

VIDEO: Obama IRS Commissioner: Destroying Lerner’s Records Illegal, But it Wasn’t Intentional
September 18, 2014 By Matthew Burke
Quote:Koskinen, an Obama regime appointee, admitted that for the IRS to have destroyed Lerner’s records would be “not consistent with the law,” but made a weak argument in attempting to justify the cover-up by promising that there’s no evidence that the Obama IRS destroyed the evidence on purpose.

RELATED:  Game-Changer: Lois Lerner’s IRS Emails Exist; But Will Obama Admin Look for Them?

As the Daily Caller  points out, while Koskinen claimed the Obama IRS had no system for the IRS to back up or store emails, a laughable claim refuted by prior testimony, Koskinen failed to mention that the agency terminated its long-term contract with a data retrieving and storage company, Sonasoft, very shortly after Lerner’s computer “crashed.”
Standard Clinton Procedure on Benghazi
Did Hillary’s files get the Whitewater treatment once again?
By Deroy Murdock
Quote:According to a retired high-level U.S. diplomat, top aides to former secretary of state Hillary Clinton concealed embarrassing documents from investigators probing the deadly Islamic-terror attack of September 11, 2012, in Benghazi, Libya. For longtime Clinton watchers, this story of sneaky staffers and stashed papers sounds like an episode of a 1990s teledrama called Whitewater.

Former deputy assistant secretary of state Raymond Maxwell says he learned about unusual activity in the State Department’s basement as the Accountability Review Board (ARB) sought official records pertinent to the Benghazi assault, which killed U.S. Ambassador J. Christopher Stevens, Foreign Service officer Sean Smith, and former Navy SEALs Glen Doherty and Tyrone Woods.

“I heard about it and decided to check it out on a Sunday afternoon,” Maxwell told the Washington-based Daily Signal’s Sharyl Attkisson, an Emmy-winning former CBS News correspondent. Maxwell, a 21-year-veteran Foreign Service officer, says he encountered an office director who served Clinton’s leading advisers. She stood among cartons of documents and piles of papers.

“She told me, ‘Ray, we are to go through these stacks and pull out anything that might put anybody in the [Near Eastern Affairs] front office or the seventh floor in a bad light,’” Maxwell told Attkisson. The secretary and top personnel occupy State’s seventh floor.

Maxwell asked his colleague, “‘But isn’t that unethical?’ She responded, ‘Ray, those are our orders.’”

Maxwell says that Hillary’s then–chief of staff, Cheryl Mills, and then–deputy chief of staff, Jake Sullivan, also were in the basement, inspecting pre-attack diplomatic cables and other items and deciding what to show the ARB and what to spare them. Maxwell considered this “an exercise in misdirection.”

“The Clinton aides’ late-night basement document-sanitization-project is called, in common parlance, conspiracy and obstruction of justice,” says Sidney Powell, a former federal prosecutor who represented the U.S. government in some 350 criminal cases. The author of Licensed to Lie: Exposing Corruption in the Department of Justice told me: “These revelations scream for a full congressional inquiry, and really — a grand-jury investigation — that now must include possible charges of criminal conduct by government officials and the involvement and knowledge of the Secretary herself.”

Powell added: “This conduct implicates crimes of conspiracy (18 U.S.C. Sections 371 and 1512) and witness tampering (which includes misleading conduct that causes someone to withhold a document from an official proceeding (18 U.S.C. Section 1512(a)(1)©). The penalties for these criminal offenses include terms of imprisonment for up to 20 years.”

“That allegation is totally without merit,” protested State Department spokesman Alec Gerlach. Nonetheless, Maxwell’s accusations are consistent with Hillary’s past.

“In 1988, Mrs. Clinton ordered the destruction of records relating to her representation of Mr. [Jim] McDougal’s Madison S&L,” states the 1996 Final Report of the Special Committee to Investigate Whitewater Development Corporation. “This was not a routine destruction of records. At the time, federal regulators were investigating the operation and solvency of Madison in anticipation of taking it over.”

Famed Conservative Ruled Innocent, Receives Outrageous Sentence Anyway
Quote:Judge Richard Berman has handed down an absolutely outrageous sentence to Conservative author and political filmmaker, Dinesh D’Souza, who was indicted on illegal campaign finance allegations.

Though he was not convicted of any illegal activities, D’Souza has been given five years probation, ordered to pay a $30,000 fine, and will spend 8 months in a community confinement facility.

The community confinement portion of his sentence will entail “residence in a halfway house, restitution center, community treatment center, mental health facility, alcohol or drug rehabilitation center, or other community facility.”

D’Souza must also undergo psychological counseling during his period of confinement.

You can be sure that we will be bringing you updates to this disturbing story of a noted Conservative being attacked by Obama’s Department of Justice.
