Creator of NSA’s Global Surveillance System Calls B.S. On Russian Hacking Report
Posted on December 30, 2016 by WashingtonsBlog

We’ve previously documented that the hacking evidence against Russia is extremely weak, and the new report on Russian hacking doesn’t say much.

Indeed – if Russia hacked the Democratic party emails (from the DNC and top Clinton aide John Podesta) – the NSA would have all of the records showing exactly who did it.

We asked Bill Binney what he thought of the new report.

Binney is the NSA executive who created the agency’s mass surveillance program for digital information, who served as the senior technical director within the agency, who managed six thousand NSA employees, the 36-year NSA veteran widely regarded as a “legend” within the agency and the NSA’s best-ever analyst and code-breaker, who mapped out the Soviet command-and-control structure before anyone else knew how, and so predicted Soviet invasions before they happened (“in the 1970s, he decrypted the Soviet Union’s command system, which provided the US and its allies with real-time surveillance of all Soviet troop movements and Russian atomic weapons”).

Binney is the real McCoy. As we noted in 2013, Binney has been interviewed by virtually all of the mainstream media, including CBS, ABC, CNN, New York Times, USA Today, Fox News, PBS and many others.
Binney tells Washington’s Blog:

I expected to see the IP’s or other signatures of APT’s 28/29 [the entities which the U.S. claims hacked the Democratic emails] and where they were located and how/when the data got transferred to them from DNC/HRC [i.e. Hillary Rodham Clinton]/etc. They seem to have been following APT 28/29 since at least 2015, so, where are they?

Further, once we see the data being transferred to them, when and how did they transfer that data to Wikileaks? This would be evidence of trying to influence our election by getting the truth of our corrupt system out.

And, as Edward Snowden said, once they have the IP’s and/or other signatures of 28/29 and DNC/HRC/etc., NSA would use Xkeyscore to help trace data passing across the network and show where it went. [Background.]

In addition, since Wikileaks is (and has been) a cast iron target for NSA/GCHQ/etc for a number of years there
should be no excuse for them missing data going to any one associated with Wikileaks.
Too many words means they don’t have clear evidence of how the data got to Wikileaks.

Binney designed the NSA’s electronic surveillance system, so he would know.

The Mysterious Disappearance of Former Clinton Foundation CEO Eric Braverman
Posted on December 30, 2016 by tom
As the FBI continues its widespread investigation into the foundation, Braverman’s vanishing act has the internet wondering and the mainstream media curiously disinterested.

President Barack Obama welcomes terrorists and criminals into the United States, but draws the line at peaceful Russian diplomats. Sad!

Evil little self inflated Prick .

Kremlin In Turmoil After Clinton Foundation CEO Requests “Urgent And Immediate” Asylum
by WS Staff Editor/ 58 Comments/

An extraordinary Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today says this morning President Putin was “officially presented” with a Main Directorate for Migration Affairs (GUVM) of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MVD) “file for review” relating to a request for “urgent and immediate” political asylum requested by an American citizen named Eric
Braverman—who was the former CEO of the Clinton Foundation, and is known as the man who can expose “The Real Hillary Clinton Scandal.

[Note: Some words and/or phrases appearing in quotes in this report are English language approximations of Russian words/phrases having no exact counterpart.]

Requests for the granting of political asylum in the Federation, this report explains, is regulated by a separate government resolution rather than the Law on Refugees and is issued to those seeking “asylum or protection from persecution or a real threat of becoming a victim of persecution” in their home country for “social-political activities or convictions that do not contradict the democratic principles recognized by the international community and norms of international law”—and though Russia has the world’s highest number of asylum applications, political asylum requests are very rarely granted.

In his apparent knowing of these facts, however, this report continues, Eric Braverman, yesterday (23 October), arrived at the Consulate of Russia in New York City and presented his “urgent and immediate” request for asylum on a visa application—as is “protocol/custom” because the Federation does not accept mail or electronic visa applications from residents of the continental United States.

final weeks in office seem dedicated to setting foreign and domestic policy on fire to make life as difficult as possible on his successor, Donald Trump. Here are some of the biggest mousetraps Obama scattered across the White House floor on his way out:

Betraying Israel at the United Nations: Obama’s refusal to block a United Nations vote against Israel, his administration’s shadowy machinations to bring that ugly motion to the floor, and Secretary of State John Kerry’s long-winded broadside against Israel will leave President Trump with a massive political crisis in the Middle East, and quite possibly a security crisis, if terror groups and their “political wings” are emboldened by the rebuke of Israel.

Obama’s Israel maneuver also damages American credibility, teaching would-be allies that the United States is not the best friend to have. America’s erstwhile battlefield allies in Syria can teach the same lesson, assuming any of them are left alive to take the podium. This comes at the very moment aspiring hegemons in China and Russia are showing their allies how Beijing and Moscow will go to the mat for them.

Obama’s team thinks it was clever to saddle Trump with an international edict the U.S. president cannot easily reverse. They might not have thought this all the way through, because some of the options that are available to Trump could leave internationalists, and Palestinian leaders, cursing Barack Obama’s memory.

Note that even some commentators friendly to Obama, and sources within the Obama Administration itself, have described the Israel vote as a deliberate act of sabotage aimed at Trump, because Obama is “alarmed” by some of Trump’s appointees.
A new Cold War with Russia: After eight years of relentlessly mocking anyone who said Russia was a major geopolitical threat to the United States (most famously including his 2012 presidential opponent, Mitt Romney) Barack Obama suddenly realized: “You know what? Russia is a major threat!”

U.S. transfers 15 Guantanamo detainees to United Arab Emirates

He also awoke to the dangers of cyber-warfare, after an entire presidency of treating electronic espionage as a purely political problem to be minimized and spun away, because taking it seriously made him look bad. Who can forget how Obama left victims of the OPM hack twisting in the wind for weeks, because the administration didn’t want to admit how serious the attack was?

But then a top Democrat political operative fell for a crude phishing scam, and the Democratic National Committee got hacked, so Obama… well, he still didn’t take cyber-espionage seriously. He slapped the snooze bar again, because as one anonymous official put it, they thought Hillary Clinton was a cinch to win the 2016 election, “so they were willing to kick the can down the road.”

No, it was Hillary Clinton’s loss in the election, and the desperate push to damage President-elect Trump’s legitimacy, that made the president who politely ignored China hacking 25 million American citizens’ private data get tough on information security. Until now, states involved in cyber-espionage never got anything worse than a few carefully-chosen words of sour disapproval from the expiring administration, but the Russkies received a sprinkling of sanctions, and 35 diplomats were expelled.

Russia responded by unleashing an army of ducks and trolls from the depths of the Kremlin. The New Cold War is only a few days old, and it’s already weirder than the old one was.

Presumably Obama thinks he’s maneuvered Trump into a position that will make whatever rapprochement he might have entertained with Moscow more difficult, or at least more politically costly for the new President. The end result might be easier relations between Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin, and a lingering memory of how little Barack Obama cared about cybersecurity until it was politically expedient for him to freak out.

Ban on oil drilling: An overt act of sabotage directed at the American economy itself, leaving an especially heavy bootprint on Alaska. Smug administration flacks spent the past couple of weeks assuring media talking heads that Obama’s unprecedented abuse of an obscure law was impossible for his successor to reverse. It’s like they stayed up all night, looking for executive actions that can’t be undone by the new President four weeks later. (Amusingly, Obama dropped this bomb on our energy sector just a few weeks after publicly advising Trump not to abuse executive orders.)

It’s likely that legions of lawyers will battle throughout 2017, and perhaps beyond, to determine if Obama’s “latest poke at Trump” (as Politico put it) really is irreversible. What a lovely parting gift from the departing President to the country that elected him twice: a pile of gigantic wealth-destroying lawsuits!

National-monument land grab: The other theoretically irreversible presidential edict discovered by Obama’s munchkins is the ability to designate national monuments. Another 1.65 million acres in Utah and Nevada was yanked off the market in the last week of December, bring Obama’s Antiquities Act acreage up to an unprecedented 553 million acres.

“This arrogant act by a lame duck president will not stand. I will work tirelessly with Congress and the incoming Trump administration to honor the will of the people of Utah and undo this designation,” thundered Senator Mike Lee of Utah. Sixty-five percent of his state is now under the wise and compassionate environmental protection of the same government that turned the Colorado River into a toxic-waste dump.

Eliminating the national immigration registry: Just in case Trump got any ideas about using it as the basis for the “enhanced vetting” he has promised for immigrants from terrorist-infested regions, the Obama administration killed a long-dormant program called NSEERS that once committed the unforgivable politically-incorrect sin of tracking military-age males from violently unstable Muslim-majority countries.

It’s highly debatable whether the NSEERS program was of any practical use. When it pulled the plug, the Department of Homeland Security noted that the post-9/11 program called for collecting data that is now routinely collected for most foreign visitors, along with more sophisticated biometric information. Almost everyone saw the elimination of these roles as a purely symbolic act — i.e. political sabotage directed at the incoming President.

The great Guantanamo jailbreak: After paying little more than lip service to his promise to close the Guantanamo Bay prison for much of his presidency, Obama went into overdrive in his last years, transferring over 150 detainees. A shocking number of them ended up back on the battlefield.

Rep. Ed Royce (R-CA) of the House Foreign Affairs Committee wrote a Wall Street Journal op-ed this week to sound the alarm about Obama’s “midnight push to empty out Guantanamo.”
“The White House has repeatedly released detainees to countries it knew lacked the intent and capability to keep the detainees from returning to terrorism. The results have been deadly,” Royce wrote, challenging the wisdom of such Obama administration brainstorms as dropping al-Qaeda’s top bomb maker into Bosnia, a country with “limited security services” but plenty of radical mosques and unemployed military-age males. Royce’s committee has been investigating allegations the administration tried to pay the bomb-maker $100,000 to refrain from passing his deadly skills along to eager apprentices. Hunting down the rest of the transferred prisoners who transferred themselves right back into the global jihad will be a job for the Trump administration.

Depicting Trump’s election as a disaster: Let’s not forget Obama’s acts of rhetorical sabotage, such as describing Trump’s presidential campaign as a crime against American class and racial harmony, or his wife wailing that all hope was lost for America’s children. Trump himself has taken note of the “many inflammatory President Obama statements and roadblocks.”
It’s hard to remember a previous instance of the outgoing president attacking the legitimacy of his successor this way, especially during the transition, before the new chief executive has actually done anything. And it’s probably not over yet. The time for big executive orders is growing short, but Obama is always just one day away from calling a press conference and saying something else that will make the transition more difficult.

Of course he can still talk all he wants after January 20th, and he’s given every indication he won’t follow the dignified path of his predecessors and allow the new president time to chart his own course, but there’s no substitute for the bully pulpit of the presidency. The timber of Barack Obama’s political voice will be very different on January 21st than it was on January 19th. More likely than not, he’ll use it before he loses it.

[Image: muh-russians-disclaimer.jpg]The FBI and DHS finally released a report on the alleged "Russian hacking" of our election and it reads like a whole lot of nothing.

From The Hill:

Quote:The FBI and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) on Thursday released a joint report detailing how federal investigators linked the Russian government to hacks of Democratic Party organizations.

The document makes clear reference to the hacks of the Democratic National Committee (DNC) and Hillary Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta, though it does not mention either by name.

The 13-page report provides technical details regarding tools and infrastructure used by Russian civilian and military intelligence services to “compromise and exploit networks and endpoints associated with the U.S. election, as well as a range of U.S. Government, political, and private sector entities.” (See the entire report below.)

But security experts say that the document provides little in the way of forensic "proof" to confirm the government's attribution. Private security firms — like CrowdStrike, who investigated the DNC breach — went much further, they say.

"The DHS statement is a restatement of already known public information, a series of technical indicators that are intended for use by cybersecurity professionals in finding and remediating APT28 malware on private sector networks, and some generic advice for companies as to how to improve their network security," said Matt Tait, founder of the U.K.-based security consultancy Capital Alpha Security.

APT28 refers to one of the hacking groups affiliated with Russian intelligence believed to have infiltrated the DNC.

The U.S. report, known as a “Joint Analysis Report” or JAR, refers to the Russian hacking campaign as “Grizzly Steppe.”
All the report is missing is actual evidence. Half of the 13 pages are tips on how not to get hacked which appear to have been included just to give the report some bulk.

The report does contain this funny disclaimer:

Quote:Today's Obama "hacking report" has a disclaimer. It also doesn't mention @WikiLeaks anywhere.
— WikiLeaks (@wikileaks) December 29, 2016

They say at the start the "hacks" were just phishing scams which people fell for. They don't actually name John Podesta.

Overall, it's weak sauce. Certainly nothing to start a war over.

It appears this is all just a ploy by Obama to put Donald Trump into a position where he will come across as some "Putin puppet" if he ends these stupid sanctions which never should have been implemented in the first place.

Cuckmaster supreme Paul Ryan praised Obama's stupid move Thursday as "overdue" and Lindsey Graham and John McCain said the same.

From Yahoo News:

Quote:"Russia does not share America's interests. In fact, it has consistently sought to undermine them, sowing dangerous instability around the world," Ryan said shortly after the White House announced the punishments. "While today's action by the administration is overdue, it is an appropriate way to end eight years of failed policy with Russia. And it serves as a prime example of this administration’s ineffective foreign policy that has left America weaker in the eyes of the world."

Ryan’s evenhanded statement is notable because President-elect Donald Trump, with whom he has had a rocky relationship, has repeatedly dismissed the U.S. intelligence community’s assessment that the Kremlin interfered in the November election. The U.S. says Russian hackers were behind the cyberattacks that led to massive email leaks from the Democratic National Committee and John Podesta, Hillary Clinton’s campaign chairman.

“I think we ought to get on with our lives. I think that computers have complicated lives very greatly. The whole, you know, age of computer has made it where nobody knows exactly what’s going on,” Trump said Wednesday of the U.S. allegations against Russia.

Sen. John McCain and Sen. Lindsey Graham, both prominent Republicans, released a joint statement on Obama’s announcement that echoed Ryan’s language, but they did not use the moment as an opportunity to attack the administration as harshly as Ryan had.

“The retaliatory measures announced by the Obama administration today are long overdue,” they wrote. “But ultimately, they are a small price for Russia to pay for its brazen attack on American democracy. We intend to lead the effort in the new Congress to impose stronger sanctions on Russia.”
Russia actually shares America's interests more than any other nation on the planet. Russia is a Christian nation which rejects multiculturalism and refuses to let the Soros's of the world subvert their national interests. That's the only reason they're so hated by our cosmopolitan elite.

Facts force Washington Post to backtrack on report that Russia hacked US power grid
Quote:On Friday, Burlington Electric, a Vermont-based power company, raised an alarm after finding malware code on a company laptop. Referring to undisclosed officials, the Washington Post then ran a damning headline, saying that “Russian operation hacked a Vermont utility” which posed a risk “to US electrical grid security.”

Yet it turns out that the laptop that was penetrated wasn’t even attached to the power network, according to a statement from Burlington Electric. “We detected suspicious internet traffic in a single Burlington Electric Department computer not connected to our organization’s grid systems,” the message reads

No evidence of a Russian trace has been released either. Eventually, the Washington Post issued a correction to its article. “An earlier version of this story incorrectly said that Russian hackers had penetrated the US electric grid. Authorities say there is no indication of that so far,” the statement said. The headline, blatantly accusing “Russian hackers” of breaching the US power grid, remains, though.

Glen Greenwald, a prominent US journalist who was among those breaking the story on Edward Snowden’s leaks on the NSA spying scandal, said the case suits America’s anti-Russian agenda. “It matters even more because it reflects the deeply irrational and ever-spiraling fever that is being cultivated in US political discourse and culture about the threat posed by Moscow,” Greenwald wrote

RE: Next President of the United Fates of America - Wook - 01-02-2017

The incoming White House Press Secretary, Sean Spicer, said it makes him wonder if President Obama’s anti-Russian measures were “political retribution,” given that a massive hack of federal data in 2015 linked to China saw “not one thing happen” in response.

Spicer brought into question the magnitude of the new sanctions approved by Barack Obama, which included the expulsion of 35 diplomats and the closing of two diplomatic facilities while speaking to ABC’s This Week program hosted by Jonathan Karl and aired on Sunday.

“I think one of the questions that we have is, ‘Why the magnitude of this?’ I mean you look at 35 people being expelled, two sites being closed down, the question is, ‘Is that response in proportion to the actions taken?’ Maybe it was, maybe it wasn’t – but you have to think about that,” Spicer said, adding later, “If you look at our history, you haven’t seen a response like that in modern history for any action.

Donald Trump’s team member then went on to contrast Obama’s decision with the apparent lack of action on what has been branded the biggest security breach in US government history, when millions of federal employees had their unique fingerprint records stolen. While US officials have accused China of being behind the hack that made headlines in June 2015, the furthest Obama went was to warn Beijing of economic sanctions as President Xi Jinping was visiting the US.

“Hold on let's look at this, in 2015, China took over a million records, sensitive data of people like me who had worked in the government at any time, classified or personal information, where we lived, things we had written down on our applications, our security clearances and… a White House statement wasn’t even issued. No action publicly was taken. Nothing, nothing was taken when millions of people had their private information, including information on security clearances [compromised],” Spicer said.

China has denied it has anything to do with the hacks. After meeting Xi in Washington, DC in September 2015, Obama claimed US and China had agreed not hack each other’s intellectual property.

Spicer, however, argues that following the hack the only thing the White House did was to “send everyone who had worked in the government a letter saying that you get free monitoring of your credit.”

“Not one thing happened. So, there is a question about whether there's a political retribution here versus a diplomatic response,” he added, alluding to the fact that it was the Democratic National Committee’s servers that the White House says “state-sponsored” Russian hackers intruded, and that the information leaked was ultimately damaging to the Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton.

RE: Next President of the United Fates of America - Vianova - 01-02-2017

Humpty Trumpty might fall off the wall,
with all the bipartisan cooperation occurring with sanctions against Russia.

The Donald is going to release his "secret info" on the hacks,
after he is briefed by US disinfo Intel agencies.

he had better have a better comeback than all the hysteria out of the US govt. over this issue.

Difficult to trust anything out of DC when it comes to Intel.

What I distinctly remember is the monkey fuck brain dead buttcake Bushtard,
and his Intel agnecies,
"weapons of mass distruction" in Iraq.

In that regard however,
I still believe that the Russkies hacked Podunka Podesta and Hillary Hell Ho's emails.
as I have said many times,
that is old hat and both sides are engaged in cyber warfare.

This is all an excuse to cover up the glaring weaknesses in US National Security from hacking.
That is what needs to be addressed.
The Russians have been singled out,
when we know that the Chinese are far more involved in hacking our national security,
and hi technology
to their benefit in military industrial production to make war against us.

We would have to pass sanctions against almost every government and stop all business with them.

The Chinese are the real threat,
and making some kind of friendy new beginnings with the Russians might be a really good idea,
in that regard.

Like Trump said,
no computer is safe,
that is exactly what the NSA wants here in America.

Maybe sanctions ... should be assigned against the NSA  Applause
... those NSA assholes,
with their internet flytraps,
and butt pirate invasions into all your personal info.

Fears are growing over the whereabouts of Clinton Foundation CEO Eric Braverman after he went missing in October following accusations that he leaked the Podesta emails to WikiLeaks.

Some fear that Braverman may have been killed, since an email mentioning his name was released by WikiLeaks in which Clinton Campaign chair John Podesta accused the CEO of leaking details about corruption in the organisation to the press. reports:
In the March 2015 email exchange, Center for American Progress President Neera Tanden told Clinton campaign manager and confidant John Podesta there was a mole within the Clinton Foundation. Podesta in his reply told Tanden the mole was Braverman.

Braverman had abruptly resigned from the Clinton Foundation shortly before this email exchange took place. And then, after the email exchange was made public by Wikileaks, Braverman vanished from the public eye.
This seems like a story that someone might want to report.

The last evidence of Braverman’s public activity was October 12, when he posted his last tweet on Twitter. (Usually he tweets about once a month. His “husband,” Neil Brown, hasn’t tweeted since August, although he rarely tweets.) I left a voicemail on Braverman’s personal phone and sent him an email, but received no response. He is still listed as a lecturer at Yale University and, contrary to some reports, there is a record of his lectures going back several years. I contacted the press office and Braverman’s department at Yale and received no response.

Braverman, the Podesta Leaks and the Clinton Foundation
Craig Murray, a former British ambassador to Uzbekistan and a close associate of WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange, told The Daily Mail that Podesta’s emails were leaked to the organization by a disgruntled insider, not the Russians. Consequently, there are suspicions it may have been Braverman. (Though some of the Podesta emails are dated after Braverman’s tenure with the foundation, if he had Podesta’s password, he could still have accessed his email after leaving.)

Politico ran a long story about Braverman’s ouster in 2015. Based on email correspondence released by Wikileaks, Braverman was apparently hired by Chelsea Clinton to clean up the corruption in the foundation, but then forced out of the foundation by longtime Clinton loyalists; sources say Podesta made him a target.

In 2011, Podesta’s leaked emails show that Chelsea was aggressively calling for an internal investigation. For example, former President Bill Clinton had raised over $1 billion though the foundation to rebuild 100 villages in India, but only $53 million was spent on the project. Also, Braverman resigned at the time Hillary was arranging one of her notorious “pay to play” deals with foreign leaders: a $12 million contribution from the king of Morocco in exchange for giving a speech.
#Where’s Eric: Did Braverman Request Asylum From the Russians?

So far Braverman’s apparent disappearance has only been discussed by bloggers and fringe websites, which often mix the fact that he has gone silent with other unconfirmed claims. For instance, the site reported that Braverman requested asylum in Russia on October 23. The information apparently came from a Russian blogger, who reported it in a rambling blog post on LiveLeak.

That’s pretty thin evidence. Moreover, is known for posting questionable news stories. The left-leaning, myth-debunking site Snopes labeled the news site’s account of Braverman as false, but based its judgment on the fact that website publishes false stories. Aside from this circular argument, Snopes provides no independent evidence for its judgment. I contacted the Russian embassy and received no response. So at the moment, the claim that Braverman requested asylum from the Russians is an unconfirmed rumor.

#Where’sEric: Could Braverman be in FBI Protective Custody?

There are also rumors that Braverman is in FBI protective custody, perhaps in exchange for testifying against the Clintons. Sources within the FBI have said it is likely there will be indictments handed down over the Clinton Foundation’s pay-to-play schemes. Senior FBI officials told CNN that the investigation into the Clinton Foundation had never ended and is still ongoing. According to The Daily Caller News Foundation, that probe now involves as many as five FBI bureaus across the country: New York, Little Rock, Washington, D.C., Los Angeles and Miami.

Would the FBI have hustled Braverman to safety once it was known Podesta had pegged him as a mole? This theory seems plausible, given what we know. But there is still no independent evidence of it.

All Questions, No Answers

If Braverman is in hiding to protect his life, is it because he leaked the Podesta emails to Wikileaks, and/or is he preparing to testify against the Clintons? The one thing we know is that Braverman has disappeared from the public eye, and that neither he, his “husband” Neil Brown, nor his family, nor his Yale employers, has made a single public statement to dispel the speculations.

Washington, D.C. has the highest rate of homelessness among big cities, according to a survey of 32 big cities by the United States Conference of Mayors.

In D.C., there are 124 homeless people for every 10,000 residents, more than twice the national average, while homelessness nationwide has gone down 12.9 percent over the last seven years, the New York Times reported.

Survey data was taken from the annual “Point in Time” count distributed by the Community Partnership for the Prevention of Homelessness, a nonprofit that works with the local government.

According to the count, a total of 8,350 people experienced homelessness: 318 lived on the street, 6,259 lived in emergency shelters, and 1,773 lived in transitional housing.

Recent census data shows that outside the number of homeless in the city, 17.3 percent of D.C. residents live in poverty.

Hard-wired: The brain's circuitry for political belief

The amygdala -- the two almond-shaped areas hugging the center of the brain near the front -- tends to become active when people dig in their heels about a political belief.
[i]Credit: Photo/Courtesy of Brain and Creativity Institute at USC[/i]

Neuroscientists at the Brain and Creativity Institute at USC said the findings from the functional MRI study seem especially relevant to how people responded to political news stories, fake or credible, throughout the election.
"Political beliefs are like religious beliefs in the respect that both are part of who you are and important for the social circle to which you belong," said lead author Jonas Kaplan, an assistant research professor of psychology at the Brain and Creativity Institute at USC Dornsife College of Letters, Arts and Sciences. "To consider an alternative view, you would have to consider an alternative version of yourself."
To determine which brain networks respond when someone holds firmly to a belief, the neuroscientists with the Brain and Creativity Institute at USC compared whether and how much people change their minds on nonpolitical and political issues when provided counter-evidence.
They discovered that people were more flexible when asked to consider the strength of their belief in nonpolitical statements -- for example, "Albert Einstein was the greatest physicist of the 20th century."
But when it came to reconsidering their political beliefs, such as whether the United States should reduce funding for the military, they would not budge.
"I was surprised that people would doubt that Einstein was a great physicist, but this study showed that there are certain realms where we retain flexibility in our beliefs," Kaplan said.
The study was published on Dec. 23 in the Nature journal,Scientific Reports. Study co-authors were Sarah Gimbel of the Brain and Creativity Institute and Sam Harris, a neuroscientist for the Los Angeles-based nonprofit Project Reason.

Brain response to belief challenges
For the study, the neuroscientists recruited 40 people who were self-declared liberals. The scientists then examined through functional MRI how their brains responded when their beliefs were challenged.
During their brain imaging sessions, participants were presented with eight political statements that they had said they believe just as strongly as a set of eight nonpolitical statements. They were then shown five counter-claims that challenged each statement.
Participants rated the strength of their belief in the original statement on a scale of 1-7 after reading each counter-claim. The scientists then studied their brain scans to determine which areas became most engaged during these challenges.
[Image: Cuck+carl+aids+skrillex_b95f4f_5861267.jpg]
Participants did not change their beliefs much, if at all, when provided with evidence that countered political statements such as, "The laws regulating gun ownership in the United States should be made more restrictive."
But the scientists noticed the strength of their beliefs weakened by one or two points when challenged on nonpolitical topics, such as whether "Thomas Edison had invented the light bulb." The participants were shown counter statements that prompted some feelings of doubt, such as "Nearly 70 years before Edison, Humphrey Davy demonstrated an electric lamp to the Royal Society."
The study found that people who were most resistant to changing their beliefs had more activity in the amygdalae (a pair of almond-shaped areas near the center of the brain) and the insular cortex, compared with people who were more willing to change their minds.
"The activity in these areas, which are important for emotion and decision-making, may relate to how we feel when we encounter evidence against our beliefs," said Kaplan, a co-director of the Dornsife Cognitive Neuroimaging Center at USC.
"The amygdala in particular is known to be especially involved in perceiving threat and anxiety," Kaplan added. "The insular cortex processes feelings from the body, and it is important for detecting the emotional salience of stimuli. That is consistent with the idea that when we feel threatened, anxious or emotional, then we are less likely to change our minds."

Thoughts that count
He also noted that a system in the brain, the Default Mode Network, surged in activity when participants' political beliefs were challenged.
"These areas of the brain have been linked to thinking about who we are, and with the kind of rumination or deep thinking that takes us away from the here and now," Kaplan said.
The researchers said that this latest study, along with one conducted earlier this year, indicate the Default Mode Network is important for high-level thinking about important personal beliefs or values.
"Understanding when and why people are likely to change their minds is an urgent objective," said Gimbel, a research scientist at the Brain and Creativity Institute. "Knowing how and which statements may persuade people to change their political beliefs could be key for society's progress," she said.
[Image: 18db8c88600766d57bde0ee080b4dcda6c862732_1_690x429.jpg]
The findings can apply to circumstances outside of politics, including how people respond to fake news stories.
"We should acknowledge that emotion plays a role in cognition and in how we decide what is true and what is not true," Kaplan said. "We should not expect to be dispassionate computers. We are biological organisms."

“(J)umping to conclusions before we have a final report is frankly irresponsible,” Spicer added. Separately he indicated “zero evidence” linking Russia to election hacking.

It’s clear why not. No hacking occurred. Information was leaked by one or more Democrat insiders upset about Hillary getting her party’s nomination the old-fashioned way - by stealing it.

Claiming Russian hacking to delegitimize Trump’s election is another DNC/Obama intelligence community dirty trick doomed to fail.

WikiLeaks’ Assange: Our Source Is Not the Russian Gov’t — They Are Trying to Delegitimize Trump

The final words of his written announcement said: “Because, for me, it’s always been about you.”

Facing an intense public backlash, House Republicans backed off a plan to weaken the Office of Congressional Ethics on Tuesday.
"It's out, it was stripped, " Rep. Darrell Issa (R-Calif.) told the Daily News as he exited an emergency closed door GOP meeting.
The sudeen reversal came just hours after President-elect Donald Trump attacked House Republicans, questioning whether his GOP colleagues should have made as their first priority gutting the independent, nonpartisan watchdog charged with keeping tabs on congressional ethics.
“With all that Congress has to work on, do they really have to make the weakening of the Independent Ethics Watchdog, as unfair as it ........may be, their number one act and priority,” Trump said in a pair of tweets.
House GOP seeks to weaken group that probes corrupt pols
“Focus on tax reform, healthcare and so many other things of far greater importance!” he posted, before adding the “#DTS” hashtag denoting his oft-stated “drain the swamp” slogan.
On Monday night, House Republicans quietly, and behind closed doors, moved to put the Office of Congressional Ethics under the jurisdiction of the House Ethics Committee — prompting substantial criticism from lawmakers who said it would weaken the only entity charged with overseeing independent investigations.
That change — one of the first moves made by House Republicans in the Congress — would have taken effect if approved by a full vote Tuesday.
But even after Trump's criticism, top House Republicans seemed to stand by their measure.
Congrats GOP, you're on the wrong side of history in so many ways

A Wikileaks envoy today claims he personally received Clinton campaign emails in Washington D.C. after they were leaked by 'disgusted' whisteblowers - and not hacked by Russia.

Craig Murray, former British ambassador to Uzbekistan and a close associate of Wikileaks founder Julian Assange, told that he flew to Washington, D.C. for a clandestine hand-off with one of the email sources in September.

'Neither of [the leaks] came from the Russians,' said Murray in an interview with on Tuesday. 'The source had legal access to the information. The documents came from inside leaks, not hacks.'

His account contradicts directly the version of how thousands of Democratic emails were published before the election being advanced by U.S. intelligence.

Craig Murray (left), former British ambassador to Uzbekistan and a close associate of Wikileaks founder Julian Assange (right), told the that he flew to Washington, D.C. for a clandestine hand-off with one of the email sources in September

Murray is a controversial figure who was removed from his post as a British ambassador amid allegations of misconduct. He was cleared of those but left the diplomatic service in acrimony.

His links to Wikileaks are well known and while his account is likely to be seen as both unprovable and possibly biased, it is also the first intervention by Wikileaks since reports surfaced last week that the CIA believed Russia hacked the Clinton emails to help hand the election to Donald Trump.

Murray's claims about the origins of the Clinton campaign emails comes as U.S. intelligence officials are increasingly confident that Russian hackers infiltrated both the Democratic National Committee and the email account of top Clinton aide John Podesta.

In Podesta's case, his account appeared to have been compromised through a basic 'phishing' scheme, the New York Times reported on Wednesday.

U.S. intelligence officials have reportedly told members of Congress during classified briefings that they believe Russians passed the documents on to Wikileaks as part of an influence operation to swing the election in favor of Donald Trump.

But Murray insisted that the DNC and Podesta emails published by Wikileaks did not come from the Russians, and were given to the whistleblowing group by Americans who had authorized access to the information.

'Neither of [the leaks] came from the Russians,'  Murray said. 'The source had legal access to the information. The documents came from inside leaks, not hacks.'

He said the leakers were motivated by 'disgust at the corruption of the Clinton Foundation and the tilting of the primary election playing field against Bernie Sanders.'

Murray said he retrieved the package from a source during a clandestine meeting in a wooded area near American University, in northwest D.C. He said the individual he met with was not the original person who obtained the information, but an intermediary.

[Image: 3B60B7C800000578-4034038-image-a-2_1481738125694.jpg]
Murray claims he met with the person who passed the emails over in a Washington, D.C. part near American University

His account cannot be independently verified but is in line with previous statements by Wikileaks - which was the organization that published the Podesta and DNC emails.

Wikileaks published the DNC messages in July and the Podesta messages in October. The messages revealed efforts by some DNC officials to undermine the presidential campaign of Sen. Bernie Sanders, who was running against Hillary Clinton.

Others revealed that Clinton aides were concerned about potential conflicts and mismanagement at the Clinton Foundation.

Murray declined to say where the sources worked and how they had access to the information, to shield their identities.

He suggested that Podesta's emails might be 'of legitimate interest to the security services' in the U.S., due to his communications with Saudi Arabia lobbyists and foreign officials.

Murray said he was speaking out due to claims from intelligence officials that Wikileaks was given the documents by Russian hackers as part of an effort to help Donald Trump win the U.S. presidential election.

'I don't understand why the CIA would say the information came from Russian hackers when they must know that isn't true,' he said. 'Regardless of whether the Russians hacked into the DNC, the documents Wikileaks published did not come from that.'

Murray was a vocal critic of human rights abuses in Uzbekistan while serving as ambassador between 2002 and 2004, a stance that pitted him against the UK Foreign Office.

He describes himself as a 'close associate' of Julian Assange and has spoken out in support of the Wikileaks founder who has faced rape allegations and is currently confined to the Ecuadorian embassy in London.

Assange has similarly disputed that charges that Wikileaks received the leaked emails from Russian sources.

'The Clinton camp has been able to project a neo-McCarthyist hysteria that Russia is responsible for everything,' Assange told John Pilger during an interview in November.

'Hillary Clinton has stated multiple times, falsely, that 17 US intelligence agencies had assessed that Russia was the source of our publications. That's false – we can say that the Russian government is not the source.'

Murray suggested that John Podesta's emails might be 'of legitimate interest to the security services' in the U.S., due to his communications with Saudi Arabia lobbyists and foreign officials

The Washington Post reported last Friday that U.S. intelligence agencies had 'identified individuals with connections to the Russian government who provided WikiLeaks with thousands of hacked emails.'

The paper said U.S. senators were presented with information tying Russia to the leaks during a recent briefing by intelligence officials.

'It is the assessment of the intelligence community that Russia's goal here was to favor one candidate over the other, to help Trump get elected,' a senior U.S. official familiar with the briefing told the Post. 'That's the consensus view.'

'It is the assessment of the intelligence community that Russia's goal here was to favor one candidate over the other, to help Trump get elected,' a senior U.S. official familiar with the briefing told the Post. 'That's the consensus view.
The Obama administration has been examining Russia's potential role in trying to influence the presidential election. Officials said Russians hacked the Republican National Committee, but did not release that information in a deliberate effort to damage Clinton and protect Donald Trump.
Several congressional committees are also looking into the suspected Russian interference.
While there is a consensus on Capitol Hill that Russia hacked U.S. political groups and officials, some Republicans say it's not clear whether the motive was to try to swing the election or just to collect intelligence.
'Now whether they intended to interfere to the degree that they were trying to elect a certain candidate, I think that's the subject of investigation,' said Sen. John McCain on CBS Face the Nation. 'But facts are stubborn things, they did hack into this campaign.'
President elect Donald Trump raised doubts about the reports and said this was an 'excuse' by Democrats to explain Clinton's November loss.
'It's just another excuse. I don't believe it,' said Trump on Fox News Sunday.

Brazil: Greek Ambassador’s Wife and her Lover Are Top Suspects in His Assassination
[Image: Francoise-Amiridis-wife-of-greece-ambass...40x480.jpg]
Fabiano Rocha/Extra Ag O Globo via APby FRANCES MARTEL2 Jan 2017

A Brazilian military police officer has confessed to killing Greek Ambassador to Brasilia Kyriakos Amiridis, the husband of his lover, in what he claims to have been self-defense. Police contradict his claim, however, stating evidence points to the ambassador’s wife Francoise orchestrating the murder.

Françoise de Souza Oliveira reported her husband missing to police on Wednesday in Rio de Janeiro, where the couple and their ten-year-old daughter were on vacation. Police ultimately found burned remains they believe to be of the Greek ambassador in a hollowed-out car apparently set on fire shortly after Amiridis’s death.

The Brazilian newspaper O Globo reports that two men have been arrested in connection with the killing: military police officer Sérgio Gomes Moreira Filho and Eduardo Moreira Tedeschi de Melo, described in conflicting reports as either Filho’s cousin or nephew. Filho has confessed to killing Amiridis but claims he did so in self-defense, alleging that he had come to the ambassador’s vacation home to reproach him for an alleged assault on his wife. Involved in a fist fight, Filho claims he strangled Amiridis upon noticing a firearm within the ambassador’s reach.

[img=391x0][/img]Greece’s ambassador to Brazil, Kyriakos Amiridis (Marcos Correa/Brazil’s presidential press office via AP)

According to police, Filho then “drove about 300 kilometers” using the ambassador’s rented vacation car with the body, ultimately setting it on fire in Nova Friburgo.

De Souza’s version of events corroborates Filho’s; she has confirmed to police that they were lovers and insisted that she had no role in the killing and could not have participated or stopped it because she was out with their daughter at the time.

Moreira’s account, however, differs significantly from the couple’s. Moreira has confessedto being a “lookout” accomplice for Filho, waiting outside of the home to ensure no one would interrupt the killing. He participated, he told police, because de Souza offered 80,000 reais ($25,500) to aid in killing her husband and threatened to kill him if he told police. Moreira claims de Souza warned, “if you denounce us, you will end up like the ambassador.”

Moreira also claims she never told him her husband was an ambassador, merely a “businessman” — possibly to avoid scaring him away from the job given the very public murder of Russia’s ambassador to Turkey Andrei Karlov in December. Unlike that assassination — also by a policeman, Mevlut Mert Altintas, who stated he sought “revenge” for Aleppo through his act — police have not found any reason to believe that Amiridis’s death is a political crime.

Police investigator Evaristo Pontes Magalhaes told reporters in a press conference Friday that de Souza was a prime suspect. “All our evidence suggests that her motivation was to use the financial resources left by the ambassador so she could enjoy life with Sergio,” he explained. In addition to Moreira’s testimony, police note that they found blood on the sofa in the vacation home where the crime occurred, contradicting the asphyxiation claim and that surveillance footage shows de Souza returned home before Filho removed the body yet waited two more days to contact police regarding her husband’s disappearance.
Prior to his tenure as Greek Ambassador to Brazil, Amiridis served as Greece’s ambassador to Libya between 2012 and 2016. He has previously engaged in diplomatic efforts in Rio de Janeiro.

(NaturalNews) In addition to hacking the 2016 election, the Russians also hacked Mariah Carey’s voice on New Year’s Eve, causing her to be unable to sing. Amazingly, they also hacked the real-time music track to make it seem like she was somehow still singing. Wow. The Russians are really good hackers.
Carey’s New Year’s Eve performance disaster wasn’t a “lip sync” fail, it turns out: It was the Russians!
I know this because the Washington Post just reported it. In a headline that has since been revised, the WashPost first reported, “Mariah Carey’s lips penetrated by Russian hackers.”
The source for their story was an “unnamed intelligence source with firsthand knowledge of oral penetrations.”
When a spokesperson from Mariah Carey’s organization clarified the issue by telling the Washington Post it was actually a “lip sync fail,” the Washington Post altered its headline to read, “We still think it was the Russians who penetrated Mariah Carey; lip sync conspiracy theory refuted by new intelligence sources.”
In explaining how Mariah Carey’s lips were penetrated by the Russians, the Washington Post explains that someone ran a McAfee virus scan on Carey’s laptop, and some “virus stuff” was found there. Later, Mariah Carey kissed her laptop during a Skype video call with a cute puppy, causing the virus to transfer to her lips. This, the Post explains, is how her lips were “hacked by the Russians.”
CONFIRMED: Donald Trump asked the Russians to hack Mariah Carey’s lips
Confirming the report, President Obama issued a statement, warning that Russian state actors were “attempting to silence America’s most treasured voices” and that Donald Trump actually told the Russians to hack Mariah Carey in the first place.
Further bolstering the report, Washington Post reporters asked each other if they believed the Russians hacked Mariah Carey’s voice box, and they all agreed that’s exactly what happened. Reuters then ran with that story, reporting, “A scientific consensus of journalists confirms the Russians penetrated Mariah Carey’s lips.”
When Mariah Carey insisted, yet again, that she was not “penetrated” and that the entire episode was nothing more than an audio board failure, she was labeled a “conspiracy theorist” by CNN, which brought on an “international security expert” to insist that, “If the Russians can hack Mariah Carey, they might have hacked Milli Vanilli, too.”
Welcome to 2017, sheeple! This is the year when nothing has to be actually true before it’s reported in the Washington Post. Nothing makes sense, no evidence is required to believe anything, and whatever you did that you now regret, just say the Russians hacked your brain.
It was the Russians, by God. For the rest of the year, any time a man gets caught sleeping with someone other than his wife, he can just declare, “The Russians took control of my Anthony Weiner!”

Former Fox News star joins left leaning NBC News

(INTELLIHUB) — NBC announced Tuesday afternoon that new media darling Megyn Kelly was joining the network for an undisclosed salary after spending the last 12 years with Fox News.

According to the New York Times, NBC News chairman Andrew Lack “wooed” Kelly away from Fox by giving her a triple role that includes her own daytime show, a Sunday night show, and regular appearances on the network’s special political programming.

“The move will herald a seismic shift in the cable news landscape, where Ms. Kelly had become the second-most watched host — after Bill O’Reilly of Fox News — and often helped define the national political debate, especially over the last year as Donald J. Trump regularly attacked her, at times in viciously personal terms,” the Times reported.

Many saw this coming after a year in which Kelly spent time attacking not only Donald Trump but also her own network as well as seemingly feuded with Fox News other big host, Bill O’Reilly.

The move to the openly liberal leaning NBC also seems to confirm that Kelly herself was never really against the “liberal media elite” but was rather auditioning to join them. One can only imagine that she will begin her attacks on conservatives shortly.
Luckily, with the rise of the alternative media, corporate talking heads like Kelly are becoming obsolete as millions upon millions of Americans simply do not believe anything coming from the establishment networks and newspapers. Laughably, NBC doesn’t seem to have gotten the memo and are apparently hoping Kelly can change that.

RE: Next President of the United Fates of America - Vianova - 01-04-2017

I watched that Assange interview.

Here is the direct link to the FOX interview.

It is excellent news coverage.

Assange is convincing,
but there is one problem with his claim that Russia was not the source in his interview.

"Our source is not a state party" -- Assange.

"Our source is not the Russian government" --Assange

"Our organization is a source protection organization". --Assange

He condemned Obama for being vague, indirect, and evasive,
by playing the blame Russia game:
"acting like a lawyer"

Assange played his entire interview like a lawyer actually.
He is so extremely careful on all his descriptive wording so as to be ...
acting like a lawyer ... in his own defense.

He could have still received the emails from a Russian source,
but not from the Russian government.

"Our source is not a state party" -- Assange.

"Our source is not the Russian government" --Assange

"Our organization is a source protection organization". --Assange

Aside from that glaring problem,
Assange was well spoken and convincing enough in all his carefully polished detailed wording.

Assange made his point well,
that this blame Russia game Whip
is all ...
an Obama Drama in a Stage Left Snagglepuss Last Stand Stab in the Trump Back ...

But ... we have all these big name Republicans spearheading the Russian Sanctions,
right along with the Democrats.

So Assange cannot just blame it all on Obama as he did,
since the Republicans who clamored for sanctions against Russia bought into this Obama Drama,
which they almost never do.

Assange clearly stated that Obama was trying to discredit and "illegitimize the Trump presidency"
with this Russia drama-rama,
and that may be true at this point,
but if so,
it would then be safe to assume that Ryan, McCain, McConell, Graham etc etc etc,
are all ...
still trying to do the same thing ...?

"discredit and "illegitimize the Trump presidency"

Trump proven right about Obama being the founder of ISIS
Lee Ann McAdoo | - JANUARY 4, 2017 141 Comments

New evidence has surfaced underscoring Trump’s assertion that Obama was the founder of ISIS.
Additionally, the evidence is overwhelming that the establishment media colluded with the Obama administration to push the narrative for regime change in Syria, while concealing the truth about the US arming and funding ISIS.

'Audit the Fed' bill gets new push under Trump

Controversial legislation to subject the Federal Reserve’s monetary policy powers to outside scrutiny is getting new life in Washington.

Rep. Thomas Massie (R-Ky.) and Sen. Rand Pau (R-Ky.) have re-introduced legislation to “Audit the Fed,” after a similar effort stalled in the last Congress

But such a proposal, which has been vocally opposed by Federal Reserve Chairwoman Janet Yellen, may face its best odds ever of becoming law. Both chambers are controlled by Republicans long critical of the Fed’s policies, and President-elect

Paul specifically mentioned Trump in a statement about the bill Wednesday, making clear the measure’s proponents believe they have an ally in their cause coming to the White House.

“The U.S. House has responded to the American people by passing Audit the Fed multiple times, and President-elect Trump has stated his support for an audit. Let’s send him the bill this Congress,” said Paul.
Under the bill, the Fed’s monetary policy deliberations could be subject to outside review by the Government Accountability Office.

Proponents of the measure argue that the Fed is too powerful and lacks sufficient oversight for its interest rate decisions. But Fed officials from Yellen on down, as well as other critics, have warned that such a policy could subject the Fed to undue political pressure and discourage it from taking unpopular steps for the good of the overall economy.

The proposal has garnered some bipartisan support and has passed the House several times in past Congresses.
But the measure has typically stalled in the Senate. Senate Democrats refused to bring up the bill for consideration when they controlled the chamber, and senators rejected the bill in 2016 after it was brought up by the new GOP majority.

Donald Trump Plans Revamp of Top U.S. Spy Agency

President-elect works on restructuring Office of the Director of National Intelligence, tweets again his doubts that Russia hacked Democrats

Damian Paletta and
Julian E. Barnes
Updated Jan. 4, 2017 6:35 p.m. ET

WASHINGTON—President-elect Donald Trump, a harsh critic of U.S. intelligence agencies, is working with top advisers on a plan that would restructure and pare back the nation’s top spy agency, people familiar with the planning said.

The move is prompted by his belief that the Office of the Director of National Intelligence has become bloated and politicized, these people said.

The planning comes as Mr. Trump has leveled a series of social-media attacks in recent months and the past few days against U.S. intelligence agencies, dismissing and mocking their assessment that Russia stole emails from Democratic groups and individuals and then provided them to WikiLeaks for publication in an effort to help Mr. Trump win the White House.

One of the people familiar with Mr. Trump’s planning said advisers also are working on a plan to restructure the Central Intelligence Agency, cutting back on staffing at its Virginia headquarters and pushing more people out into field posts around the world. The CIA declined to comment.

Robert Steele: Donald Trump’s Bunker Hill Moment

Donald Trump’s Bunker Hill Moment
As Donald Trump prepares to hear what I am certain will be carefully constructed lies from US intelligence leaders (both lies of fabrication and lies of omission — for example, not mentioning Israeli information operations in support of Hillary Clinton and the related illegal search manipulations and censorship of Facebook and Google), I want to point out that this is Donald Trump’s Bunker Hill moment.

The US secret intelligence community, starting with CIA, has always been a Wall Street construct used to facilitate Deep State control of the US Government — and Deep State access to the public treasury.
Although I testified to the Moynihan Commision on the fact that secrecy and the “sources and methods” wall of silence are used for domestic political effect — they are irrelevant operationally because all our peer competitors know our sources and methods quite well — no one has ever before been willing to consider — as Donald Trump is now considering — the very real possibility that the US secret intelligence world is in the business of lying to the President and spying on Congress — everything else is a side show.
This is Donald Trump’s Bunker Hill moment.
This is where he can draw the line on Empire and begin to close down the control of the US Government by a criminal cabal that includes Wall Street, the Vatican, organized crime families, and foreign powers, notably Israel and Saudi Arabia. There are only nine million Jews in the US voting public — Israel’s influence is rooted in bribery and blackmail, not the genuine political interest of nine million loyal American Jews. Saudi Arabia contents itself with bribery on a scale most cannot imagine — hundreds of millions.
I am absolutely certain that the Russians did not “hack” the US election and I am absolutely certain that this started as a campaign theme with Hillary Clinton (with the unanticipated effect of shutting down her ability to do electronic vote tampering against Trump such as she used to steal thirteen primaries from Bernie Sanders); it morphed into a desperate last minute attempt to manipulate the Electoral College (a form of jury tampering and perjury, bearing false witness), and now the US IC leaders are doubling down on their lies just as they have previously doubled down on their lies about torture, the value of covert action including regime change and media manipulation, and the value of a drone assassination program that kills 98 innocents for every two military-aged males whose names are not known, that die by very expensive drone missile.
The public has woken up to the fact that Crap News Network, Fox, and the mainstream media including especially the NYT and Washington Post, are the primary purveyors of “fake news.” Noam Chomski and Jon Rappoport and i and others have been saying this for decades.
The public has yet to wake up to the other three big facts of life, but all three are part of why the IC leaders and the Deep State are so terrified of an unshackled Donald Trump:
Quote:01 The so called intelligence world lacks intelligence and integrity. There is nothing there but expense and lies. We need a Trump Channel backed up by an Open Source Agency.
02 The two-party tyranny — the “Establishment” that opposed Trump — is nothing more than a theatrical agency — pimps for the Deep State. If Trump fails to introduce and force through the Electoral Reform Act of 2017, he will be controlled by the 30% instead of empowered by the 70%. Our legislative and legal systems are so deeply corrupt they can only be fixed if Trump mobilizes the 73% who did not vote for him, and works directly with the public.
03 Pedophilia is part of the glue that binds the elite and their most senior servants within the Establishment. Pedophilia is the ultimate taboo. When PedoGate breaks open, Trump will either be triumphant for having opposed the Establishment, or will go down for having been complicit once in power.
Julian Assange has promised us a 2017 that will out-do 2016. I believe him. I believe the Rothchild family, JP Morgan and Citi-Bank, the Koch Brothers, and the Republican National Committee (RNC) as well as Scott Walker and Reince Priebus by name, to be on the high value target list for penetration and exposure.
Today, right now, Donald Trump is already being controlled and filtered. Reince Priebus and Mike Flynn specifically are withholding from Donald Trump critical information that would help him flourish in this Bunker Hill moment. The “capture” and neutralization of Donald Trump is well under way — Republicans close to him, not Democrats at arms length, are in deepest betrayal of his potential.
This week will define the Trump Administration. If he allows the US secret intelligence “leaders” to get away with the Deep State program to justify a new World War III level of funding for a war against Russia, at a time when we are our own worst enemies, then Donald Trump will become Barack Obama in white face — another puppet, another actor, who failed to be the greatest president in modern history, a president who could — with integrity — not just make America great again, but create a prosperous world at peace in which the 99% all want to stay home rather than invade Europe, Australia, and the USA.
PS:There are three ways to dig deeper into the US IC construct to be presented Friday without evidence (they will only have papers and perhaps recordings, all of which should be assumed to be manfactured).
01 Demand by Monday a copy of every SIPR email, and a chronologicial telephone log, of every conversation they have had with one another and every subordinate, on this matter. Bring in the US Army’s retired top gun, Colonel Stu Herrington, to individually interview every person across the IC that has touched the alleged evidence of Russian hacking. He will have the truth for you within 30 days provided every person who fails to cooperate is immediately stripped of their clearances and rendered unemployable.
02 Call in William Binney and a handful of those mentioned in Update 17 to help go over their evidence and create follow-up questions and challenges. Then, if called for as part of preventing WWIII, use executive privilege to turn the entire package over to the Russians for a public counter-response, while also directing the IC to prepare a similar package on how the Israeli’s sought to hack the election in favor of Hillary Clinton. You have an army of truth-tellers to draw on — use that army!
03 Challenge each of the IC leaders to take a polygraph examination on their veracity in relation to the Russians “hacking” the US election. The examination will allow for probing about who’s who and what’s what in this treasonous plot to start WWIII as a new profit center that “swamps” Donald Trump. They will refuse. If so, tell them their clearances will be rescinded and they will be unemployed for the next eight years while they are also investigated for  treason and if indicted, will lose their pensions. NO ONE HAS EVER PLAYED HARDBALL WITH THESE GUYS. This is our Bunker Hill moment.
Robert Steele is a former CIA spy who has under orders faked intelligence, lied to government leaders, and managed a modest false flag operations (nobody died). He left CIA to create the Marine Corps Intelligence Activity and lead the Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) movement. Today he is the foremost proponent for Peace Intelligence, manifested in Applied Collective Intelligence integrating holistic analytics, true cost economics, and Open Source Everything Engineering (OSEE).

Chuck Schumer Accidentally Tells America That Intelligence Community Is Full Of Vindictive Thugs

In a recent interview with Rachel Maddow, undead Democratic neocon Chuck Schumer took a short break from leeching the life essence of gelflings to say that Donald Trump is being “really dumb” to take an antagonistic approach to the US intelligence community, because “if you take on the intelligence community, they have six ways from Sunday to get back at you.”

He actually said that. It came right out of the slit in his naked mole rat face, plain as day, in the King’s good English.
Visibly taken aback with a transparent “Did you just say what I think you said?” look on her face, Maddow asked the new Senate Minority Leader what he thought the intelligence community would do to the President Elect if motivated, to which he replied, “I don’t know. From what I am told, they are very upset about how he has treated them and talked about them.”

Oh. My. God.
So to recap, America’s ruling Democratic Senator just looked right at the camera and said to MSNBC’s thirty-eight viewers that unless the soon-to-be President of the United States begins showing the intelligence community the respect they feel they are accorded, they will retaliate against him. Against the President. Of America.

I implore you to push through any cognitive dissonance you may be experiencing and fully grok into the fact that this just happened and all the implications thereof. This is a real thing that did happen, and it’s huge.

So in case you’ve been wondering who wears the pants in your government, it turns out it’s a highly secretive group of thin-skinned and hyper-vindictive unelected thugs with an extensive record of lying to the American people about everything from government surveillance to arms deals to torture to WMDs to, of course, assassination plots. The most powerful Democrat in the Legislative Branch of the federal government has inadvertently revealed that these people operate according to their own agendas and by their own codes of conduct, and if you cross them, they’ll hurt you. This is an extremely high-ranking US government official telling us this.

“If you take on the intelligence community, they have six ways from Sunday to get back at you.”

This is how it is, and this is how it has been. These almost entirely opaque organizations were not elected by the American people, nor, apparently, are they answerable to anyone the American people did elect, since they’ll exact revenge upon you if you step out of line. If they want to, oh I don’t know, deliver thousands of tons of weapons to known terrorist groups in Syria, for example, your vote has exactly zero influence on those actions, and, unless you manage to elect an official who is somehow protected from their vengeance, neither does anyone you voted for. They simply do as they please, according to Senator Schumer.

Schumer’s comments, which would be on the front page of every major news publication today if journalists still existed, came in response to a question about one of the President Elect’s latest snarky tweets ridiculing the intelligence community for taking too long with their presentation on the alleged Russian hacks. The new Senate Minority Leader could have criticized the tweet on the grounds of poor diplomacy, lack of patriotism, lack of maturity, or “excessive” “use” of “scare quotes,” but he didn’t. He said it would elicit vengeance.

Perhaps realizing too late that he’d put his foot in his mouth, Schumer then went on to rack his brain for some other reason to value the intelligence community, but all he could come up with was the very thing Trump (along with millions of other Americans) was expressing skepticism over in the first place.

Great, Chuck. Great example. These ridiculous circular reasoning loops are what happens when you live in an echo chamber.

“Look, Russia! Look, Trump! Look, Russia!” Like Dory on meth.

Or maybe like someone trapped in a horrible situation with a mafia-like organization breathing down your neck, making you say stuff against your will.

Chuck, if you’re reading this, and you’re in trouble and you need our help, next time you’re on C-SPAN selling off the nation’s valuables to the lowest bidder, rub your hands together, touch your nose three times and wink. It won’t look creepy, I promise. Not creepier than you usually look, anyway.
You’re being asked to pull off some really high-level Orwellian doublethink now, America. You are now supposed to simultaneously believe that the intelligence community is a malicious but powerful shadow government that exacts revenge upon anyone who crosses them, and that Trump is a big bad meanie for disliking them. Good luck pulling that one off.

Again, these are the same people that lied to congress and to the American people about NSA surveillance in 2013 and lied about weapons of mass destruction to support the evil and unforgivable Iraq invasion in 2003. These are the people everyone is supposed to unthinkingly obey, no longer because they’re purportedly reliable, but because they’ll hurt anyone who doesn’t.

Let’s remember this one. His little on-camera oopsie was the single most honest moment in Chuck Schumer’s sleaze fest of a life, and there’s valuable information in there.
Thanks for reading, fellow dissident! If you enjoyed reading this as much as I enjoyed writing it, please share it around, like me on Facebook, follow me on Twitter, and give me some money on Patreon, because I've got six ways from Sunday to get back at you.

“Look at the Russian hacking!” Schumer ejaculated. “Without the intelligence community we wouldn’t have [very long pause] discovered it!”

FBI Claims DNC ‘Inhibited’ Its Investigation Of Stolen Emails
[Image: GettyImages-610643718-1-e1479162611288-279x120.jpg]The Democratic National Committee “inhibited” the FBI’s investigation of email hacks by refusing to grant investigators access to the party’s computer servers, the bureau is claiming.
“The FBI repeatedly stressed to DNC officials the necessity of obtaining direct access to servers and data, only to be rebuffed until well after the initial compromise had been mitigated,” an FBI official said Thursday, according to BuzzFeed News.
“This left the FBI no choice but to rely upon a third party for information. These actions caused significant delays and inhibited the FBI from addressing the intrusion earlier.”

The FBI’s response comes a day after a DNC official told BuzzFeed that Doh

the FBI has not inspected the party’s computer servers at any point in its months-long hacking probe.

Report: Trump orders Obama ambassadors to leave posts by inauguration

BY JESSIE HELLMANN - 01/05/17 08:48 PM EST

Donald Trump's team is demanding politically appointed ambassadors leave their overseas posts by Inauguration Day, The New York Timesreports

The mandate could leave the U.S. without Senate-confirmed representatives for months in key countries like Germany and Britain, the Times notes.
The order breaks with precedent. In the past, administrations have granted extensions on a case-by-case basis.

Robert Steele: Donald Trump’s Bunker Hill Moment

that would help him flourish in this Bunker Hill moment.

The “capture” and neutralization of Donald Trump is well under way —

This week will define the Trump Administration.

If he allows the US secret intelligence “leaders” to get away with the Deep State program

I can't necessarily agree that "this week" will define the Trump administration,
on this overall issue of the psuh for retaliation against Russia.
Trump is being backed into a corner.

Other than that, this writer Robert Steele had an excellent commentary.

Today, McCain had his hearing with the DNI top man Clapper and some top navy admiral,
over this hacking issue.

The clincher was Clapper saying ...

Quote:Director of National Intelligence James R. Clapper
told the Senate Armed Services Committee
that the CIA and other agencies

are  Cry

increasingly Rofl

confident  Tp

that Russia used hacking, propaganda and misinformation
in an effort to influence the U.S. election.
He dismissed President-elect Donald Trump’s skepticism
and said the U.S. has to fight an information war more aggressively.

I think the Russians hacked like they always do,
I also demand proof before a shit load of sanctions are levied against Russia,
by Obama,
just to throw a monkey wrench into the Trump's start up as president.

Clapper's comment clearly means that they have no fucking proof whatsoever.

Either you say "we are absolutelty confident because we have the undeniable proof"
you are buying time with ... fake news ... and today was CIA and DNI fake news day.

Robert Steele called this the "Deep State" program ... in his quote above,
this effort to run the Trump presidency into the ground with the Russia hacking issue,
or as Steele put it:
The “capture” and neutralization of Donald Trump is well under way.

The DNI also stated:
that they have the names of the intermediaries Ninja  Pimp  Alien2
that transferred the emails to Wikileaks  Hmm2

That spin,
should be really interesting.
