Trump.
Taking a second look tonight.
SO'K. Absolutely unelectable. Watched his interview on O'Reily. But............

If elected...War!
He'd win. But the folks now involved know how to reinvent themselves and come back...again, and again, and again. It's what they do.
A victory would be fleeting. We could not occupy forever. We are seeing, but may not be learning that lesson thru ISIS.
In order to occupy successfully, you have to do so as a protecting power, as we occupied Germany to protect it against the Russians. It must be by agreement, as when the Emperor of Japan ordered his people to endure it.
Those who do not wish it in this modern world, will throw it off at the first chance.
Time to learn that lesson.

I did hear some points I liked, but only a dictator could successfully carry them out.
No Donald, this is not your time and place.......but the day could come.
God help us all.

RE: Next President of the United Fates of America - Fsbirdhouse - 06-17-2015

Are we looking for a miracle?
Are we thinking we can pick someone from our own ranks to change the world back to what it once was?
It was never perfect, not even in this USA we were once raised in. But I'm mad as Hell that we let that world we once lived in slip away. I'm mad as Hell that we continue to let it happen right in front of us.
The world we once had was the envy of all the rest of the world, millions have swarmed across our southern border to enjoy that world, and to a large degree are destroying it by the very act. A lawless tide of non citizens demanding they be accommodated.
A growing tide of native born citizens demanding that the other half the country provide them a living for doing nothing but breeding more voters, more parasites that will make no effort to help themselves. Don't tell me they are under privileged when this nation's workers have poured decades of treasure into an effort to help them. What about the Vietnamese?
Coming to this country only a generation or two ago with nothing, they are prosperous, contributing citizens, living purposeful, ordered lives. You don't see them rioting in the streets when their criminal elements are shot attacking the police. They do not loot their neighbors given just any provocation. Their leaders feel no need to excuse lawless behavior as though it is ALWAYS somebody elses fault.
The absolute nonsense has to stop! Who can do this? Who will always stand in their way?
It's not our leaders who can legislate order and common sense. It's up to us. Each of us.
If we can't remember how it once was, even with all it's problems, then we are doomed.
I've said it before, and I'll say it again, if you don't know what America was, Norman Rockwell's America as he pictured it, then his work should be required reading/viewing because it is exactly what this country once was, and if you don't get it then, you are definitely part of the problem.
The liberal left is looking more and more like the Communism we thought this country had defeated, and banned from the world. That plague is creeping back steered from the left, and no good thing comes with it.
It is banishing common sense, and excusing the most outrageous nonsense as though it is the normal thing to be expected.
I'd rather turn back the pages to a time long gone, and even to those mistakes that once plagued this land, than to advance farther into the pure insanity we see ahead. At least we could start over to healing those past mistakes in a clear eyed, and sober manner.
Let us hope the next President seizes the opportunity.

Look no further than a company called “Crowds on Demand“, a company who hires multi-talented actors who are experts of improvisational theatre to provide the illusion of support for a candidate. Nothing draws a crowd, like a crowd.
The company who has provided its services for athletes, artists and fashion people has recently admitted to providing services for both Republican and Democrat candidates.
[Image: adamswart.jpg]Ceo and founder Adam Swart was emailed a few questions about his services by activist Ian Cioffi.  The company owner was asked if his system is proven to work in U.S. politics?
Swart claimed, he has done work for “dozens of candidates in the US primarily but not exclusively Republican. Mostly they are candidates who suffer from lack of enthusiasm/turnout at rallies and in need of a ‘game change’. The candidates have been primarily congressional/senate candidates. We’ve only worked with one presidential candidate thus far.”
So what other benefits could a company of this magnitude offer?
Adam went on to express that they could even go miles further with their expertise and can give a sense of legitimacy for the candidate.
Quote:“I have found our approach has led to increased poll numbers and, in many case made the margin of victory for a few reasons:
A) Photo-ops at rallies. Having a diverse group of people (race/gender/age) around the candidate is critical especially for those who are constantly followed by reporters but even for those who only get a couple pieces per day.
B) Enthusiastic crowds bring more media attention and shift the narrative onto grassroots supporters. Press always want to understand why people support candidate x or candidate y. Giving them great footage of enthusiastic supporters speaking about their love for the candidate provides great quotations.
C) Gives a sense of legitimacy for the candidate among their existing supporters. When they see lots of enthusiastic folks at rallies, they feel like they’re backing the right horse.
D) Bolsters the candidates’ self-confidence. Some candidates knew about the paid crowds and other times we have been hired by outside organizations. In both cases, seeing more supporters gave them the confidence to up their game on stage.”
When the founder of Crowds on Demand was asked “what reassurances do you offer that the crowd does not leak the fact that they were paid to arrive?”

http://www.mintpressnews.com/hillary-clinton-has-the-most-fake-twitter-followers-of-any-presidential-candidate/206700/
Quote:MINNEAPOLIS — With every election that goes by, U.S. presidential candidates increasingly see social media reach as a key indicator of their popularity, and a barometer as useful as more traditional forms of polling. One candidate in the 2016 election is already in the lead of the social media game in one key measurement: the number of fake followers to her Twitter account!
Vocativ reported Tuesday that Hillary Clinton’s Twitter account has more fake followers than any other candidate. Only 65 percent of her 2.3 million followers deemed legitimate by TwitterAudit, a tool which judges a Twitter account’s authenticity based on its number of tweets, the date of its last tweet and the ratio of its followers to friends.
Bernie Sanders and Donald Trump fared the best, with 90 percent of their followers deemed genuine. Both Trump and Clinton have over 2 million Twitter followers, while Sanders is still working to reach his first 70,000. The independent senator from Vermont is far more popular on Facebook, where he has 1.2 million followers.
Sarah Kaufman and Ryan Beckler, who wrote the report for Vocativ, note that fake followers could be spam or “bot” accounts unrelated to the political campaign, or they could be “accounts created by real people but with an agenda of spreading political advertisements.”
“But under both scenarios,” they write, “they are certainly not a genuine measure of candidate popularity.”

Great posts Wook, excellent expose on the cheating politicians hiring "crowds on demand".

Jeb Bush will need that service for certain with his small crowds falling asleep on him when he speaks.

in the meantime Rand Paul is making news with his tax plan,
Wall Street Journal

http://www.wsj.com/articles/blow-up-the-tax-code-and-start-over-1434582592
Blow Up the Tax Code and Start Over

Apply a 14.5% flat tax to personal income and to businesses.

Cut deductions.
Watch the economy roar

Quote:Some of my fellow Republican candidates for the presidency have proposed plans to fix the tax system.
These proposals are a step in the right direction,
but the tax code has grown so corrupt, complicated,
intrusive and antigrowth that I’ve concluded the system isn’t fixable.

So on Thursday I am announcing an over $2 trillion tax cut
that would repeal the entire IRS tax code—
more than 70,000 pages—
and replace it with a low, broad-based tax of 14.5% on individuals and businesses.

I would eliminate nearly every special-interest loophole.
The plan also eliminates the payroll tax on workers and several federal taxes outright,
including gift and estate taxes,
telephone taxes,
and all duties and tariffs.
I call this “The Fair and Flat Tax.”

Here’s why we have to start over with the tax code.
From 2001 until 2010,
there were at least 4,430 changes to tax laws—an average of one “fix” a day—
always promising more fairness,
more simplicity or more growth stimulants.

And every year the Internal Revenue Code grows absurdly more incomprehensible,
as if it were designed as a jobs program for accountants, IRS agents and tax attorneys.

Polls show that “fairness” is a top goal for Americans in our tax system.
I envision a traditionally All-American solution:
Everyone plays by the same rules.
This means no one of privilege, wealth or with an arsenal of lobbyists
can game the system to pay a lower rate than working Americans.

Most important, a smart tax system must turbocharge the economy
and pull America out of the slow-growth rut of the past decade.
We are already at least $2 trillion behind
where we should be with a normal recovery;
the growth gap widens every month.

Even Mr. Obama’s economic advisers tell him that the U.S. corporate tax code,
which has the highest rates in the world (35%), is an economic drag.
When an iconic American company like Burger King wants to renounce its citizenship for Canada
because that country’s tax rates are so much lower, there’s a fundamental problem.

Another increasingly obvious danger of our current tax code is the empowerment of a rogue agency,
the IRS Whip
to examine the most private financial and lifestyle information of every American citizen.
We now know that the IRS,
through political hacks like former IRS official Lois Lerner,
routinely abused its auditing power to build an enemies list Whip
and harass anyone who might be adversarial to President Obama’s policies.
A convoluted tax code enables these corrupt tactics.

My tax plan would blow up the tax code and start over.

In consultation with some of the top tax experts in the country
including the Heritage Foundation’s Stephen Moore,
former presidential candidate Steve Forbes and Reagan economist Arthur Laffer,
I devised a 21st-century tax code that would establish a 14.5% flat-rate tax
applied equally to all personal income,
including wages, salaries, dividends, capital gains, rents and interest.

All deductions except for a mortgage and charities would be eliminated.
The first $50,000 of income for a family of four would not be taxed.
For low-income working families, the plan would retain the earned-income tax credit.

I would also apply this uniform 14.5% business-activity tax on all companies—
down from as high as nearly 40% for small businesses and 35% for corporations.
This tax would be levied on revenues minus allowable expenses,
such as the purchase of parts, computers and office equipment.
All capital purchases would be immediately expensed, ending complicated depreciation schedules.

The immediate question everyone asks is:
Won’t this 14.5% tax plan blow a massive hole in the budget deficit?
As a senator, I have proposed balanced budgets and I pledge to balance the budget as president.
Here’s why this plan would balance the budget:
We asked the experts at the nonpartisan Tax Foundation
to estimate what this plan would mean for jobs,
and whether we are raising enough money to fund the government.
The analysis is positive news:
The plan is an economic steroid injection.
Because the Fair and Flat Tax rewards work, saving, investment and small business creation,
the Tax Foundation estimates that in 10 years it will increase gross domestic product by about 10%,
and create at least 1.4 million new jobs.

And because the best way to balance the budget and pay down government debt
is to put Americans back to work,
my plan would actually reduce the national debt by trillions of dollars over time
when combined with my package of spending cuts.

The left will argue that the plan is a tax cut for the wealthy.
But most of the loopholes in the tax code were designed by the rich and politically connected.
Though the rich will pay a lower rate along with everyone else, t
hey won’t have special provisions to avoid paying lower than 14.5%.

The challenge to this plan will be to overcome special-interest groups in Washington
who will muster all of their political muscle to save corporate welfare.
That’s what happened to my friend Steve Forbes when he ran for president in 1996
on the idea of the flat tax.
Though the flat tax was surprisingly popular with voters for its simplicity
and its capacity to boost the economy, crony capitalists and lobbyists exploded his noble crusade.

Today, the American people see the rot in the system that is degrading our economy day after day

and want it to end. That is exactly what the Fair and Flat Tax will do through a plan
that’s the boldest restoration of fairness to American taxpayers in over a century.

yes, I am starting to like Rand Paul more as he is becoming more clear and concise
as to his political positions and he is coming out swinging the bat.

He'd better do something soon.
What I've seen to to date from him sure hadn't been impressive.
But he is not alone in candidates wanting to trash the IRS.
Huckabee and Rubio have both said as much from the beginning of their runs for the presidency.
Foreign policy is one of the three most important issues, and I'm wondering if he's not already shot himself in the foot (and mortally at that) in that regard.

Quote:White House Won’t Back FBI Chief on Charleston ‘Terror’

The head of the FBI became of the object of anger and ridicule when he said the Charleston massacre wasn’t political terror. The White House isn’t exactly coming to his defense.

FBI Director James Comey may have claimed that the Charleston massacre wasn’t an act of terrorism, sparking howls of protest and outrage.

The White House, notably, isn’t backing him up.

Speaking on Friday about the murder of nine African Americans by a self-avowed white supremacist, Comey said, “Terrorism is act of violence…to try to influence a public body or citizenry, so it’s more of a political act. And again based on what I know so far I don’t see it as a political act.”

Asked whether the White House agreed with Comey’s assessment, a spokesman referred The Daily Beast to an earlier statement from the Justice Department, which isn’t foreclosing any avenues of prosecution at this point.

“The department’s investigation of the shooting incident in Charleston, South Carolina, is ongoing,” spokeswoman Emily Pierce said in a statement on Friday, one day before Comey spoke. “This heartbreaking episode was undoubtedly designed to strike fear and terror into this community, and the department is looking at this crime from all angles, including as a hate crime and as an act of domestic terrorism.”

Quote:Jim Webb: Confederate Flag 'Should Not Be Used' as a 'Political Symbol That Divides Us'

Ben Graham | 17 hours ago

Former Virginia senator Jim Webb (D) weighed in on the fate of the Confederate Flag today. His view is one that is most unexpected for a Democrat who is pondering a presidential run in 2016. He defended both the flag and the honor of Confederate soldiers.
This isn’t Webb’s first time standing up for the men who fought with the Confederacy. In 1990, he said that the soldiers were “misunderstood by most Americans” and recognized them for “enormous suffering and collective gallantry.”
But, the political climate now is very different from what it was at the time of that speech, with the nation now in pain from the Charleston massacre and the division of opinion on the symbolism behind the flag.
In a Facebook post, Webb acknowledges that it is an “emotional time” but he says that Americans need to “respect the complicated history” of America’s Civil War. Despite the “wrongful use” of the flag for “racist purposes.”

Rand Paul: Clintons ‘proud’ to incarcerate a generation of black men

"
Quote:Bill Clinton presided over the incarceration of an entire generation of young black men,"
Paul, a GOP presidential candidate, said Thursday on "The Wilkow Majority" on SiriusXM.

Young black men, Paul said, are being put in jail "at a rate never before seen in history" because of the war on drugs.

"Hillary Clinton, Bill Clinton, they were all proud to do this,
but now that I've been speaking out and saying that mass incarceration is the new Jim Crow,
now all the sudden the Clintons are saying now we’re going to be back on the other side of this issue now," he said.

Paul has long emphasized criminal justice issues,
for example co-sponsoring legislation that would reform mandatory sentencing laws.

  He pointed to poll numbers
that showed him doing well against - or surpassing - Hillary Clinton Whip in some swing states.
A recent Quinnipiac poll, for example, showed Paul running even with Clinton in Ohio Whip
and ahead of her in Pennsylvania

"Someone from the DNC is listening to our radio interview now and they’re looking for ways to attack me

because they see me as a threat to Hillary Clinton," Paul said.
"I’m going to the south side of Chicago,
I’m going to the inner city Philadelphia,
I’m going to Baltimore,
I’m going to Ferguson and I’m saying what have the Democrats done for you?

What have they done to alleviate poverty? What have they done on crime?
What have they done for the young men in your community and you know what it’s starting to gain traction."

As the last days of June wane, polls are showing Donald Trump gaining on leader Jeb Bush
in the hunt for the 2016 Republican nomination in New Hampshire.

Jeb once had a strong lead in New Hampshire,
but now polls are showing that his lead has dwindled to a narrow margin as the GOP filed continues to expand.

Despite that he only jumped into the race a week ago,
Donald Trump is now at 11 percent in the latest poll of New Hampshire Republicans.
Jeb still leads but only at 16 percent.

Next closest to The Donald is Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) <----
 at 9 percent.

He is followed by Scott Walker at 8 percent, Carly Fiorina and Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL)
tied at 6 percent, and Ben Carson and Chris Christie tied at 5 percent.

Fully 75 percent say they are not settled on a candidate, and 21 percent wouldn’t even make a choice for the poll.

Trump takes top spots in several categories in the New Hampshire poll.
Respondents said they trusted him more on economic issues–
29 percent for Trump and only 13 percent for Bush Whip
Trump also won high marks as the candidate who would best handle international trade–
27 percent for Trump and 14 percent for Bush Whip

Trump also edged Bush on who would be the best leader–17 percent to Bush’s 15 percent.

bad move

http://www.nytimes.com/politics/first-draft/2015/06/25/in-n-h-rubio-is-pressed-on-trade-and-immigration/
In N.H., Marco Rubio Is Pressed on Trade and Immigration

Quote:Senator Marco Rubio defended his conservative credentials on two issues that are roiling the right – immigration and trade –
as he returned to the campaign trail on Thursday.

The Florida Republican,
who had taken a breather from campaigning Whip
as he crisscrossed the country on a fund-raising tour,
had not taken questions from the public since casting a decisive vote on Tuesday
that allowed President Obama’s trade bill to advance in the Senate.

Some conservatives,
who objected to giving Mr. Obama enhanced negotiating powers to complete a major Pacific trade accord
and derided the legislation as “Obamatrade,”
blamed Mr. Rubio for providing a crucial 60th vote Whip
that assured the legislation could move forward. Others accused Mr. Rubio of not even reading the bill.

In a town-hall-style meeting here on Thursday, Mr. Rubio was asked to explain himself.

“There’s been some controversy on whether or not you actually read the bill,”
one woman pressed him.
“Why did you vote for it?”

“First of all,” he said, “I did read the bill.
Second of all, it’s not Obamatrade.
It’s called free trade.”
To further underscore his point, he invoked a conservative hero:
“We voted on fast-track authority, which Ronald Reagan was for.”

Whether Mr. Rubio was convincing or not was unclear.
The crowd of about 200, which applauded politely on and off during the hour-long event,
was not particularly enthusiastic.

He was also asked to clarify his position on overhauling immigration,
an issue that still dogs him with many on the right,
two years after he dropped his support for a comprehensive Senate bill
that would have provided undocumented immigrants with the opportunity to become citizens.

Mr. Rubio was unequivocal.
He said he no longer supported one sweeping, omnibus bill, adding,
“Anyone who insists on doing it all at once is basically out of touch with reality.”

Instead, Congress must first pass a law that provides for greater border security,
then prove that illegal immigration is under control.
Otherwise, he said, “the votes aren’t there — the public won’t support it.”

Many in the crowd did not seem too familiar with Mr. Rubio, 44,
who announced his campaign for president in April and quickly shot to the top of many polls.
Several of the questioners seemed interested in testing his conservatism.

Mr. Rubio spoke less than two hours after the Supreme Court upheld a key provision of the Affordable Care Act that allows for the federal health care exchange to provide coverage in states that have not set up their own exchanges. The decision, written by Chief Justice John G. Roberts Jr., an appointee of President George W. Bush, angered many conservatives.

One man in the crowd asked,

Quote:Democratic voters are skeptics this summer.
They doubt presidential contenders can deliver favored reforms from Washington, no matter how enticing the policy agendas sound. Those doubts depress enthusiasm about next year’s White House contest and could impact turnout for the eventual Democratic nominee.

Those were among early warnings in a survey released Monday of likely 2016 voters, sponsored by Democracy Corps and Women’s Voices, Women Vote Action Fund.

Americans want change and reforms, but “people don’t think any of this is going to happen,” Stan Greenberg, chairman and CEO of polling firm Greenberg Quinlan Rosner Research, said during a reporter roundtable organized by the Christian Science Monitor.

Their skepticism doesn’t turn on the idea of a Democratic nominee who would follow a two-term Democrat, President Obama. “It’s because the old political system is uniquely corrupted” in their eyes, Greenberg said. “What matters is how deep the critique people have about what’s happening in the country, both politically and economically.”

Voters define corruption as money in politics and Washington power brokers who are self-serving and disconnected from everyday Americans and their concerns. This is why Clinton’s wealth, the Clinton Foundation’s fundraising, her decades lived as a VIP, and her missing emails discourage some voters from accepting the leading Democratic candidate as trustworthy, even if they favor the economic and social policies she stakes out.

Overall, the survey found that voters are evenly divided when asked if Democrats or Republicans would do a better job “cleaning up the mess in government” (31 percent each).

In the survey, respondents expressed more favorable feelings about Obama than about Clinton (by eight percentage points), but Clinton is basically matching Obama’s 2012 support among the key elements of the party’s base, and she’s outpacing his support among white unmarried women. Obama did better in 2012 among minority voters, but according to the survey, Clinton does better among white millennial voters. Clinton fell far behind against a generic Republican ticket among working-class white voters without college degrees.

Americans get "3 strikes" ... and you are out ... of ... circulation Whip
and in jail.

Francisco Shit Head Sanchez got 5 strikes it appears,
and got a free ride home each time, where he belonged.

At the time of deportation 4, he should have been put in prison,
but it costs too much money to jail all the Mexicans.

It does not however cost too much money to jail all the Americans, especially on drug or marijuana charges.

something wrong there

The federal government should be held financially liable for Steinle's death,
unless the deportations were all by California state, then that liability should be put on the state.

Another solution is quite Donald Dump-ish in content,
such that on the third strike for Shit Head Sanchez,
or third deportation,
he gets deported to shark infested waters 50 yards off the coast of Mexico,
and told to go swim the ocean currents of the Rio Diablo Devil back to Mexico.

http://rinf.com/alt-news/newswire/hillary-clinton-wont-release-personal-medical-records-obamacare-keeps-medical-records-forever/
Hillary Clinton won’t release her personal medical records, but Obamacare keeps YOUR medical records forever!
Horsepoop
Quote:In an astounding act of hubris, in recent days the campaign manager for Democratic presidential contender Hillary Clinton said that she would not commit to releasing her health records at some point during the 2016 election campaign.

During a Face the Nation episode, host John Dickerson noted that she “had a big health scare when she was secretary of state” before asking campaign manager Robby Mook, “Will she release her medical records as part of this campaign?”
“I will let Hillary decide that,” Mook replied. “But I can tell you she has been hitting the campaign trail hard.”

Prior recent injury makes health questions relevant
Presidential health is an issue, obviously, and in Clinton’s case, the interest in hers is legitimate.
In 2012, she had to delay her Benghazi testimony before Congress after she fell and suffered a concussion. Later, she was treated for a blood clot in her brain, a condition that some experts said might have become life-threatening. She later joked about her “cracked head” in emails that the State Department has released recently, but her husband, Bill Clinton, revealed in 2014 that her injuries “required six months of very serious work to get over.”

In recent days, she continued to make light of her health (and age) by joking on the campaign trail that she would be the “youngest woman president” ever if she were elected.

Meanwhile, for the rest of the public, the government will have access to every one of our healthcare records, thanks to the invasiveness and pervasive nature of Obamacare.

As noted by Americans for Tax Reform, in the wake of a recent cybersecurity breach that resulted in the theft of personal taxpayer data, experts began to voice concerns about the storage of government data on systems that contain information on Obamacare enrollees – data that the government gets to keep forever.

“The system, known as the Multidimensional Insurance Data Analytics System, or MIDAS is vaguely described on the federal healthcare.gov as a ‘perpetual central repository.’ When asked by The Associated Press how many people have direct access to the database, officials refused to say,” ATR said on its website.

The government’s permanent lock on your health information has raised the ire of privacy experts and others. Lee Tien, a senior staff attorney for the Electronic Frontier Foundation, said it is irresponsible for the government to keep any data longer than necessary.

‘If you like your privacy, you can’t keep your privacy – but I can’
In addition, Michael Astrue, a former commissioner of the Social Security Administration, has argued there is no justification for permanently keeping data. Also, he says he is concerned that the federal government may be illegally expanding MIDAS by putting personal information from state-run Obamacare exchanges into the system before obtaining proper constitutional authority or even privacy consent from enrollees.

How is this relatable to Hillary Clinton? Some may not remember that she was the original architect of Big Government “managing” American healthcare. During her husband’s first term, she led an ultimately unsuccessful effort known then as “Hillarycare” to nationalize the U.S. healthcare system using some of the same techniques eventually adopted by President Obama and advocates for Obamacare. Then, as now, government would impose a series of healthcare mandates and regulations on the nation, with government obtaining and retaining all personal information in setting the system up.

For Clinton to now claim that the country has no right to know what is in her health records while she runs for president, and while the government collects all of our health data for its own use under a plan she initially created and endorsed, is just about as hypocritical as it gets.

There has never been a dime’s worth of difference between the Clintons (Bill and Hillary) and Barack Obama, and less than ten cents separates the worldviews of these Democratic political twins from the Bush wing of the Republican Party.

Each has their individual quirks. Barack destroys international order and the rule of law while dabbling at song; Bill dismantled the U.S. manufacturing base and threw record numbers of Blacks in prison as he toyed with his trumpet; George W. played the fool who would Shock and Awe the world into obedience; and Hillary is the evil crone that curses the dead while screaming “We are Woman” like a banshee. But they are all the same in their corporate soullessness.

They all lie for a living, and they live to lie. Hillary Clinton commingled official and personal criminality through the medium of email. Knowing that, in a life dedicated to crime, she could never successfully sequester her private and public conspiracies, Hillary privatized all of her email correspondence during her tenure as Obama’s Secretary of State (in the perfect spirit of neoliberalism). The fate of millions of Haitians whose country’s earthquake and development “aid” are under the Clinton family thumb were doubtless bundled into the tens of thousands of messages she erased on leaving Foggy Bottom.

Republicans have harassed her ever since, seeking an electronic smoking gun to show Clinton’s cowardice or lack of resolve to “stand up for America” and “our troops” or some other nonsense. What the Benghazi affair actually proves is that the Obama administration was just as intent as the Republicans to maintain the fiction that the “rebels” put in power by seven months of NATO bombing of Libya were not various flavors of Islamic jihadists – some of whom were already turning on their erstwhile masters. The U.S.-Saudi project to create and nurture the international jihadist network is a bipartisan venture that dates back to Jimmy Carter’s presidency – and, therefore, nothing for Democrats and Republicans to fight about. However, the GOP’s churning of Clinton’s emails does provide a glimpse into her quest to run for president in 2016 as the woman who vanquished Muammar Gaddafi (“Qaddafi” or simply “Q” in Clinton’s usage).

Hillary best expressed the ghoulishness of America’s ruling duopoly.”
A number of Clinton’s correspondences were with Sidney Blumenthal, a former Clinton family spin-master who wrote nasty things about Barack Obama while working for Hillary’s 2008 presidential campaign – which made it impossible for her to hire him at the State Department. Nevertheless, Clinton needed his talents for hype for the campaign ahead. Their emails in the summer of 2011 discussed how Hillary’s status as stateswoman could soar when the Libyan leader was finally eliminated. “This is a historic moment and you will be credited for realizing it,” wrote Blumenthal, feeding the crone’s huge gizzard of ego, according to an article in Monday’s New York Times. “You must go on camera,” wrote Blumenthal. “You must establish yourself in the historical record at this moment.” Hillary was anxious to seize the time to establish what Blumenthal described as “the Clinton Doctrine.”

The Times piece somehow concludes that Obama stole Clinton’s thunder with an 1,100-word speech, in late August, declaring: “The Gaddafi regime is coming to an end, and the future of Libya is in the hands of its people.” But Hillary best expressed the ghoulishness of America’s ruling duopoly two months later, in October, when Gaddafi was savagely butchered by screaming jihadists. “We came, we saw, he died,” cackled the banshee.

In the annals of global diplomacy, no more vulgar words have been spoken by a major power foreign minister or head of state. Yet, Clinton’s calculated quip perfectly encapsulates the bloodlust that is the common characteristic of both the governing duopoly of the United States and their suckling children in ISIS and the other proliferating al Qaida factions.

Thanks to Seymour Hersh, we now have a much more plausible scenario for the May 2, 2011, demise of Osama bin Laden, the “OG” of the U.S.-Saudi spawned global jihad, whose body will never be located. Virtually the entire U.S. account of his death is a lie, repeatedly contradicted on its own terms – another layer of fictional Americana in the age of empire in decline.

“Jihadists find it difficult to take orders from ‘infidels,’ even when the ‘Crusaders’ are paying the bills and supplying the weapons.”
Clinton was hard-pressed to imagine how she might trump the president’s bin Laden death-watch extravaganza. Her opportunity came five months later, when she delivered her gruesome paraphrase of Julius Caesar on the occasion of Col. Gaddafi’s murder. In the context of Washington’s deeply racist foreign policy, Gaddafi and bin Laden were equally deserving of death, although Gaddafi was among the most fervent and effective fighters against Islamic jihadists: his government was the first in the world to request a global arrest warrant against bin Laden.

The Libyan Islamists were quickly transferred to the new U.S.-NATO-Saudi-Qatari front lines in Syria. The CIA station in Benghazi was at the center of the action – and got burned in the wild and unwieldy process of herding jihadists, who find it difficult to take orders from “infidels,” even when the “Crusaders” are paying the bills and supplying the weapons.

The U.S. consulate and CIA station in Benghazi were attacked on September 11, 2012. The next day, the Pentagon’s intelligence agency issued a report predicting that a “Salafist principality” – another term for an Islamic State – would likely arise in Syria as a result of the war, and that “Western countries, the Gulf States and Turkey are supporting these efforts.” Moreover, the establishment of such an Islamic “principality” would create “the ideal atmosphere for AQI [al Qaida in Iraq, which became ISIS, ISIL and the Islamic State] to return to its old pockets in Mosul and Ramadi” in Iraq – events that have since transpired.

The Defense Intelligence Agency report didn’t say so, but the “Western Powers” included the United States, through its CIA.
“The Pentagon warning about the rise of an Islamic State may have had some effect on U.S. policy in Syria.”
The document was declassified this year as the result of a suit by a libertarian right-wing legal outfit. The people of the world continue to be fed the fiction that the U.S. is engaged in a long, twilight struggle against al Qaida Salafists whose international network was created by, and continues to benefit from, “Western countries, the Gulf States and Turkey.”

However, the 2012 Pentagon warning about the rise of an Islamic State may have had some effect on U.S. policy in Syria. One year later, in September of 2013, President Obama backed off from his threat to bomb Syria in “retaliation” for a chemical missile attack against civilians – a crime much more likely committed by western-backed Salafists. The conventional wisdom is that the Russians tricked a hapless Secretary of State John Kerry into agreeing to the peaceful, internationally supervised destruction of Syria’s chemical arsenal; or that the refusal of Britain’s Parliament to go along with an air assault on Syria made the U.S. position untenable; or that Obama feared losing a vote on the issue in the U.S. Congress. None of this rings true to me. The United States is not easily deterred by the opinions of Europeans, who in the end accept Washington’s acts as a fait accompli. And, it was not clear that Obama would have lost the vote in Congress – a vote that he requested, while at the same time declaring that he did not need the legislature’s permission to “punish” Syria for crossing his “red line.”

I think that high Pentagon officials and elements of the Obama administration – probably including the president, himself – took the Benghazi disaster and the Defense Intelligence Agency report to heart, and decided that it was better to keep bleeding the Syrians and their Russian, Lebanese and Iranian allies through a prolonged war, than to bomb al Qaida into power. For the U.S., regional chaos is preferable to the triumph of the, ultimately, unmanageable Salafists – unchained.

The thirty-plus year war against Iran would, however, be ratcheted up. The Bush administration was snatched back from the brink of a military assault against Teheran in 2007 when – to the great consternation of Vice President Dick Cheney – all 16 U.S. intelligence agencies declared, publicly and unanimously, that Iran had abandoned its nuclear weapons program, years before.

“President Obama claims the right to disregard and methodically undermine international law through “humanitarian” military intervention.”
The spooks reaffirmed their consensus in the 2010 National Intelligence Estimate – again, that there was no evidence Iran has any intention of making a bomb. The Obama administration has since avoided asking the intelligence agencies for their analysis on the issue, knowing they would get the same answer. Instead, they rely on Israeli propaganda, pick and choose various “experts” from inside and outside the arms control “community,” or simply put forward unsupported statements on Iran’s capabilities and intentions: the Big Lie. While Bush was humiliated by facts supplied by his own intelligence experts, Obama has escalated the confrontation with Iran, applying crippling sanctions and the whole range of low-level warfare, in close collaboration with Israel – proving, once again, that Obama is the “more effective evil.”

Obama has nearly completed knocking off victims on the “hit list” of countries that George Bush was working on when General Wesley Clark ran across it in 2002. Iraq, Syria, Libya, and Somalia have been invaded since then, and Sudan was stripped of a third of its territory. Only Iran and Lebanon remain intact and outside the U.S. imperial umbrella.

The Republican-Democratic duopoly plays tag-team in promoting the Project for a New American Century – a doctrine promulgated by neo-conservatives in 1997 that has served as the guiding light of both the Bush and Obama administrations. The differences between the two teams are merely rhetorical. The Bush regime is described as “unilateralist,” although it employed the same “Coalition of the Willing” approach to aggressive war as does the Obama administration. President Obama claims the right to disregard and methodically undermine international law through “humanitarian” military intervention, whereas Bush claimed to be “spreading democracy.” Same weapons systems, same mass murder, same objective: U.S. domination of the planet.

“The spooks reaffirmed their consensus in the 2010 National Intelligence Estimate, that there was no evidence Iran has any intention of making a bomb.”
There’s nothing democratic or humanitarian about the U.S. imperial project. Therefore, its maintenance requires the deployment of 24-7 psychological operations worldwide, but directed primarily against the U.S. public.
Republican strategist Karl Rove was far more honest than his Democratic counterparts when he explained to a reporter, back in 2004:
“We’re an empire now, and when we act, we create our own reality. And while you’re studying that reality—judiciously, as you will—we’ll act again, creating other new realities, which you can study too, and that’s how things will sort out. We’re history’s actors … and you, all of you, will be left to just study what we do.”

Election seasons are reality-creation festivals, during which the two corporate parties pretend to put forward different visions of the national and global destiny – when, in fact, they answer to the same master and must pursue the same general strategy.
The continuity of GOP-Democratic rule – the near-identical depravity – is horrifically evident in the Democratic Republic of Congo, where six million people have been slaughtered by U.S. surrogates since 1996: the largest genocide since World War II. Successive U.S. administrations – Bill Clinton, George W. Bush, and Barack Obama, assisted by Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and Susan Rice, the high U.S. official most deeply implicated in the entirety of the genocide – have armed, financed, and covered up the Congolese holocaust. Each administration has collaborated with its predecessor to hide the crime and obscure the question of guilt – and then to continue the killing.

Decent people do not vote for political parties that produce such fiends, who deserve Nuremburg justice of the capital kind. Any talk of “lesser evils” is both stupid and obscene.

Why the hate towards what Obama is doing with Cuba?
There are 11+ millions of Cubans living below poverty levels, any help that comes from the USA will help rise Cuban economy. Many people say "Oh the Castros communism" dont do business with them.

What about Viet Nam, what about Russia, what about all the arab countries, how about China? Sounds kind of hypocritical to me.

Well as a Christian I have learned in the last couple of years that you need to learn to forgive your enemies. I am starting to understand what Christ meant when He said that, it is kind of strange but it has affected a lot my way of life and the way I see things now. It is time to move to a new spiritual level and leave the hate behind.
