RE: Next President of the United Fates of America - Fsbirdhouse - 08-08-2015

If trump actually gained ground after his performance the other night, then I am indeed out of step, or the vast majority of America is out of step with any sort of pragmatic thought processes whatever.
I will say it is me, and leave off any comments about the political arena whatever.

Time to burrow far deeper underground.
Heaven help us.

RE: Next President of the United Fates of America - Wook - 08-08-2015

it's a long time till the fat lady sings.
Quote:Never, that’s when. But that’s what Trump did last night. And that’s why the clatter of ruthless miscreants who run the system behind the smokescreen of fake politicians are sharpening their knives right now before Manhattan’s rogue elephant does even more damage to their precious system.

Just think about what the man said. He not only explained that the whole system is rigged (Baier: “And when you give, they do whatever the hell you want them to do.”…TRUMP: “You’d better believe it.”), he also said that the politicians will do whatever they’re told to do.  (TRUMP: Well, …with Hillary Clinton, I said be at my wedding and she came to my wedding. You know why? She didn’t have a choice because I gave.”)

Doesn’t that confirm your darkest suspicions about the way the system really works, that money talks and that elections are just a way to get the sheeple to rubber-stamp a corrupt, fraudulent system?

Of course, it does.

So, let’s summarize: Moneybags capitalist loudmouth explains to 80 million dumbfounded Americans watching prime time TV, that the system is a total fraud, that the big money runs everything, and that even he thinks the system is broken.

How do you beat that? Seriously, my wife and I were laughing and high-fiving and like we just won the lottery.

Thanks for that, Don. We owe you one.

Speaking of Shirley Temple
Quote:Washington Post reporter Jessica Contrera has only been out of college a year. So is that the level of experience you choose for someone to try and pry some information out of the Clinton Machine about daughter Chelsea? Instead, we get the usual worshipful sentences, like this one: “Polished, practiced and private, Chelsea Clinton is the closest thing America has to a princess.”

The headline on the front of Wednesday’s Style section is “A very private public figure: Chelsea Clinton always avoided the spotlight. But now she welcomes it – on her own terms.” In other words, “Chelsea Clinton dictates her press coverage on her own terms. We in the media bow and scrape to America’s princess.”

Does this kind of coverage really enlighten anyone, or does it simply serve to promote this tired old Clinton Royal Family advertising? This paragraph at the end is another unctuous gem about the media accepting scripted scraps from the royals:
Quote:“Chelsea sought and obtained jobs based on her merit. But she left them for the spot she inherited in the royal family business: a place where quotes are scripted and chiefs of staff are close at hand.”

Quote:Many, many people are displeased with the way Fox News host Megyn Kelly handled herself during the first GOP presidential debates.
Rather than asking Donald Trump important questions about policy, The Kelly File host seemed to berate the Donald about his past verbal attacks on women, though, not very subtly.
Here is some backlash Kelly is receiving on Twitter, and by all measures, it is just a tiny sampling.

It seemed for a time Megyn Kelly could do no wrong, but now, who knows?
It’s possible Kelly’s ratings could suffer, but ultimately, I think people will come to grips with the fact that she is an Independent thinker who tried to bring up an issue people wanted to hear about.
What Kelly should’ve done was ask Trump questions about women on her show, and stuck to immigration, Iran, and other topical issues during the debate.

This is important however,
not the numbers with Trump riding shotgun,
but the second place finish for Rubio <----

Quote:“Time magazine found that Mr. Trump took 47% of nearly 55,000 votes.
Son. Marco Rubio of Florida was in second place with 10%.”

Wall Street Journal also did not post all the results.

Donald Trump's 'blood' comment about Megyn Kelly draws outrage
Quote:During Thursday's presidential debate,
Kelly pressed Trump about misogynistic, sexist comments he made in the past,
such as calling some women "fat pigs, dogs, slobs, and disgusting animals."

Trump slammed Kelly,
saying her questions were "ridiculous" and "off-base."

"You could see there was blood coming out of her eyes,"
Trump told CNN's Don Lemon on Friday night.

"Blood coming out of her wherever Hi  "

But the comment crossed the line, editor Erick Erickson said Friday night.
He disinvited Trump from the RedState Gathering
a conservative event featuring GOP presidential hopefuls this weekend in Atlanta.
Trump was scheduled to give the keynote speech Saturday night.

RE: Next President of the United Fates of America - Mayito7777 - 08-09-2015

Trump is smart as heck, more the media hates him, more followers he gains. This guy is not dumb

RE: Next President of the United Fates of America - Fsbirdhouse - 08-09-2015

I thought that Kelly did him a huge service!

NOW he knows just what to expect from Shillary on that score, and has the time to get ready for it.

If these guys can't handle seeming hardball questions from people who are at least somewhat in their support, what are they gonna do when they have to go to bat in the big leagues?

Kelly knew the worst of his history on the subject of 'WOMEN', and knows that Shillary will crawl all over it.
The people that attacked Kelly hadn't a clue. Trump, for as smart a guy as he is missed that one.
He can't change his history on the subject, but he'd best consider how to face it in the future! Who knows? His best answer to questions about women might be named Carly Fiorina? Now wouldn't that be an interesting pair to draw to?

Actually, you couldn't write a mystery novel with more potential twists and turns than this political drama that is unfolding before us.
There is no such presidential election season I know of in history with as many actors center stage as this one is at present. What will be the final match-ups? Who will be allies?
Unlike past election cycles, this is the best show on TV. I could miss 'Flipper' for this!
The talking heads on TV have seldom had it so good, while that other candidate on the other side is still just basically gliding around with that stupid, silly grin on her face.
She is still thinking it's a coronation instead of an election coming up, while the only two challengers in her party look like the two old men in the balcony in the Muppets show.

Quote:TRUMP WAS RIGHT AGAIN! Howard Stern and Megan Kelly on Penises, Breasts, And How She Has Sex, Proves . . . Kelly Talks Trash
August 9, 2015 By Eric Walters

Donald Trump was disinvited from an important gathering of conservatives for his criticism of Fox News anchor Megyn Kelly after a heated debate performance.

“The biggest loser in the debate was @megynkelly”

Who replaced Trump at the event? None other than Megan Kelly. Yup, it’s true, but now it’s looking like The Donald was not that far off. While the popular News Anchor is on the same side of the political chasm . . . they obviously don’t see eye to eye!

[Image: Screen-Shot-2015-08-09-at-4.00.44-AM.png]

Fox news was obviously poised to trash Donald Trump. How’d it go for them? Not so good I’d say. While Kelly is discussing penises, breasts, and sex in this old Howard Stern interview, the rest of the world is chanting loud and clear Donald, Donald, Donald!

VIDEO: Howard Stern and Megan Kelly on Penises, Breasts, And How She Has Sex.

Quote:The U.S. Department of State on Friday provided a report in compliance with a July 31, 2015, court order requiring that agency's officials to request that former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and her former aides, while facing perjury changes, turn over all government documents and records in their possession. They were requested by the federal court to return government material immediately and that Clinton's minions -- Huma Abedin and Cheryl Mills -- should provide detailed descriptions of their use of Mrs. Clinton's private server to conduct government business, according to a non-governmental watchdog that investigates and exposes government and political corruption.

According to the Washington-based Judicial Watch, the State Department officials showed proof that their agency sent the three former officials -- Clinton, Abedin and Mills -- the official request plus a copy of a court order from Judge James Sullivan. However, Mills and Abedin, who responded through their own attorneys, totally disregarded Judge Sullivan’s request to submit information even under the threat of facing federal perjury charges or worse.

Even more disconcerting for the federal court as well as the State Department, are the numerous media reports that Mrs. Clinton, who is busy with her presidential campaign, has not responded as of Friday. Also, Judicial Watch officials claim they discovered that Ms. Mills’ attorney actually admitted that she had told Ms. Mills to destroy federal records in her possession on Monday, August 10. On Friday night, Judicial Watch's Tom Fitton and his legal team filed an urgent response informing Judge Sullivan of Mills' plan to destroy federal records under advice of counsel.

These developments are the latest in a Judicial Watch Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit that seeks government and State Department records about several allegations made about the employment status of Huma Abedin, who while working as Deputy Chief of Staff to Secretary of State Hillary Clinton also held positions with the now controversial Clinton Foundation as well as an international consulting firm that boasts Bill Clinton as a board member. A lawsuit that struck a government roadblock was reopened in July due to the revelations regarding Hillary Clinton’s email records.

Letters produced on Thursday provide proof that on July 31 the State Department finally demanded that Mills and Abedin return all copies of potential federal records in your possession. However, the State Department did not provide correspondence demanding Mrs. Clinton return all copies of potential federal records. "This case shows how a huge government agency that Americans rely on to conduct business internationally is weak kneed when it comes to Hillary Clinton and her husband," said former criminal investigator and fraud and corruption expert Julian Muldaur. "And we even have a lawyer blatantly advising a client -- Cheryl Mills -- to destroy possible evidence. What is going on here?" Muldaur rhetorically asked.

“Hillary Clinton, Huma Abedin and Cheryl Mills are showing contempt for a federal court order. And now we know that Cheryl Mills may very well destroy federal records as soon as Monday, August 10. We just alerted Judge Sullivan to this potential destruction of records by Cheryl Mills, who serves as Mrs. Clinton’s lawyer and was her top aide at the State Department. Why is Mrs. Clinton refusing to confirm, under penalty of perjury, to disclose facts about her email system and to confirm she isn’t withholding federal records?” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton.

and Tom Brady got sat down for not giving up his cell phone
double standard for Hillary

Quote:BREAKING: Man Who Broke Into the Watergate Hotel Just Dropped a BOMBSHELL About Hillary

With the exception of Richard Nixon, there’s no face more closely associated with the Watergate scandal than G. Gordon Liddy. Liddy, who helped organize the Watergate break-in, was convicted of conspiracy, burglary and illegal wiretapping.
However, Liddy says that what he and other members of the Nixon White House did pales in comparison to Hillary Clinton’s actions over Benghazi.

“Bear in mind that nobody even caught a cold at the Watergate office building,” Liddy said in a radio interview, “but four devoted American citizens, including an ambassador, were left to die in Benghazi.”
“It’s obvious what she has done,” Liddy said of Hillary’s private email server.
“She has cherry picked information to go public. Destroyed and or concealed the rest.

“The woman is a flat out liar,” he continued. “She’s a woman who is devoted to the dollar rather the country. And I think her election would be a disaster to the American people.”
Liddy said that Hillary “has been getting away with it” since the “American press has been protecting her by sort of omission, if you know what I mean.”

He also criticized the response of the Obama administration to the attacks on the Libyan embassy.
“It’s incredible to me that they let those people die,” Liddy said. “You know, it’s like in World War II, on June 6th 1944, when we invaded Europe. Nobody wanted to wake up Adolph Hitler and tell him what was happening. It’s sort of akin to that. Nobody wanted to wake up anybody who can do anything.

“So they just hoped that they could skate through it,” he continued. “Well, people died because of that attitude.” (H/T WND)
Say what you will about Liddy, he’s done his time and is willing to stick up for those who serve his country. Hillary views our soldiers and diplomatic corps as disposable and is willing to obstruct justice for as long as possible to keep the truth from coming out.
When even a Watergate burglar is far more patriotic and law-abiding than Hillary Clinton, you know that she deserves to be in the hoosegow, not the White House.

RE: Next President of the United Fates of America - Fsbirdhouse - 08-10-2015

One talking head on a news channel compared Trump's post debate situation as a large balloon with a very tiny hole in it that will see him deflate into nothingness with time. could be he'll stand in there to the very end. Second guessing is way too tuff on this one.

I watched the replay of the debate tonight, Kelly was no harder on Trump than almost anyone else.
She, and all the moderators, seemed to ask very pointed questions to all the candidates. Few were pitching softballs. Best thing in the world for those running. Given a chance to tighten up their responses, they better take note.

I hope Chris Mathews is Shillary's moderator in her debate. She'll leave him and not know what hit her when she has to face the real showdown.

and this is the surprise of the debates --- Cruz did well --- why? --- because he isn't stupid like Bush

Quote:Why Our Two-Party System Is Really One Party: Trump Indicting America’s Ruling Class, “His rise is a symptom of an increasingly isolated and tyrannical elite.”
Submitted by WorkerAnt#11, on August 10th, 2015

The politicians better take notice.
Regardless of which establishment party is “ruling,” the results are the same: uncontrolled borders, a bankrupt treasury, and rampant disregard of the Constitution and rule of law. Jeb is just Hillary in a skirt. Hillary is just Jeb in a pantsuit. And “Trump and Sanders are only symptoms. Failed leadership is the disease.”
Here’s the USA Today article :
Quote:Watching the Donald Trump kerfuffle from across the Atlantic, British journalist Milo Yiannopoulos tweeted: “Republicans smugly predicting Trump will fail from self-inflicted wounds don’t see what a stunning admission of their own failure that is.”
He’s right. The rise — and, for that matter, the fall, if fall it is — of Trump is an indictment of the GOP establishment and, for that matter, of the American political establishment in general. And that failure bodes poorly for the future, regardless of what happens to Trump.
Trump’s rise is, like that of his Democratic counterpart Bernie Sanders, a sign that a large number of voters don’t feel represented by more mainstream politicians. On many issues, ranging from immigration reform, which many critics view as tantamount to open borders, to bailouts for bankers, the Republican and Democratic establishments agree, while a large number (quite possibly a majority) of Americans across the political spectrum feel otherwise. But when no “respectable” figure will push these views, then less-respectable figures such as Trump or Sanders (a lifelong socialist who once wrote that women dream of gang rape, and that cervical cancer results from too few orgasms) will arise to fill the need.
But Trump and Sanders are just symptoms. The real disease is in the ruling class that takes such important subjects out of political play, in its own interest. As Angelo Codevilla wrote in an influential essay in 2010, today’s ruling class is a monoculture that has little in common with the rest of the nation:
To this ruling class, the rest of the country is sometimes an annoyance or obstacle, sometimes a source of necessary funds or votes, but always the “other” — not our kind, dear. Too ignorant, too unpolished, too unconnected to the right institutions and pieties to really count. With ruling-class Republicans having more in common with ruling-class Democrats than with the people they rule, it’s unsurprising that, as Codevilla predicted in a later essay, millions of voters feel orphaned. Democracy doesn’t do much for technocratically set policy that always seems to reflect ruling-class preferences, and people feel they’ve lost control of their own fates.
If you are looking for a less government approach to discouraging immigration, then it isn’t more bodies on the border, it is less incentives to come in the first place. No benefits, no free schools, no handouts, no free medical treatment, no jobs, and no free pass when dealing with law enforcement. Most of these can be achieved through less government instead of more.
Here is an excerpt of an interesting article by Michael Snyder on the Republican debate the other night. He provides some great points about the members of the ever exclusive “club” and makes it clear why our “two party system” is really just a one party system. Check out the full article here:
Quote:Were you sickened by the Republican debate the other night? The hype leading up to the debate was unbelievable. Never before had there been so much interest in a debate this early in an election season, and it turned out to be the most watched program on Fox News ever. A record-shattering 24 million Americans tuned in, and what they witnessed was an expertly orchestrated assault on Donald Trump. From the very first moments, every question that was launched at Trump was an “attack question”. And then the laughable “focus group” that followed was specifically designed to show that “ordinary people” were “changing their minds” about Trump. By the end of the evening, it was abundantly clear that Fox News had purposely intended to try to destroy Trump’s candidacy.
And of course Fox News is far from alone. Every mainstream news outlet in the entire country is running anti-Trump news stories every single day. Virtually every other presidential candidate in both parties is attacking him, and virtually every “political expert” from across the political spectrum is trashing his chances of success.
So why is this happening?
Normally, candidates that are not part of the “establishment” do not pose much of a threat. In order to win elections in this country, especially on a national level, you need name recognition and you need lots and lots of money.
Donald Trump has both, and no matter what you may think of him you have to admit that he has star power.
And he was never supposed to run for president. You see, the truth is that only members of “the club” are allowed to play. The elite very carefully groom their candidates, and they are usually able to maintain a very tight grip on both major political parties.
This two-headed abomination that we call a “two party system” is in reality just a one party system. Yes, many Democrats and many Republicans really do hate one another, but at the end of the day there is very little difference between the two parties. That is why nothing ever really seems to change no matter who gets elected. George W. Bush continued almost all of Bill Clinton’s policies, and Barack Obama has continued almost all of George W. Bush’s policies. When they are running for office, they tell us what they think we want to hear, but once they get to D.C. they do exactly what the establishment wants them to do.
Donald Trump, whether you love him or you hate him, is a threat to this system. He is not controlled by the elite, and he does and says all sorts of things that drive the elite absolutely nuts.

RE: Next President of the United Fates of America - Wook - 08-11-2015

As pressure builds on Hillary Clinton to explain her official use of personal email while serving as secretary of state, she faced new complications Tuesday. It was disclosed her top aides are being drawn into a burgeoning federal inquiry and that two emails on her private account have been classified as “Top Secret.”
The inspector general for the Intelligence Community notified senior members of Congress that two of four classified emails discovered on the server Clinton maintained at her New York home contained material deemed to be in one of the highest security classifications - more sensitive than previously known.

The notice came as the State Department inspector general’s office acknowledged that it is reviewing the use of “personal communications hardware and software” by Clinton’s former top aides after requests from Congress.
“We will follow the facts wherever they lead, to include former aides and associates, as appropriate,” said Douglas Welty, a spokesman for the State Department’s inspector general.

Despite the acknowledgment, the State Department inspector general’s office has left numerous unanswered questions, including exactly who and what is being investigated. The office initially declined to comment and referred questions to the Intelligence Community inspector general’s office, which said it is not currently involved in any inquiry into aides and is being denied full access to aides’ emails by the State Department. Clinton, herself, is not a target.
The expanding inquiry threatens to further erode Clinton’s standing as the front-runner for the Democratic presidential nomination. Since her reliance on private email was revealed in March, polls in crucial swing states show that increasing numbers of voters say Clinton is not

Trump is a riot.
He was just in Michigan and had the crowd totally relaxed and laughing at his non stop jokes.

It is difficult to be a perpetual stand up comedian however.
It works for awhile, then original material begins to dry up.

But the script is too perfect for Trump, it comes to him on a silver platter of decapitated heads.
He has 15 other candidates {most of which are useless} that he can cherry pick out of each day,
to make them the butthole of his daily press jokes,
in his ...
Trump Du Jour .... lashing and thrashing ...  of which he especially relishes in bashing Bush.
He has been merciless on Bush.
I love it.

Interestingly, he said he would already be in Syria with troops confronting ISIS,
and securing the oil fields which are their source of income.
They try and say that he won't make any political policy statements,
but there it is, and once he says it,
the news anchors just cannot pin him down to explain the details of that policy.

By the time he has to streamline his policy objectives to the public more distinctly,
he will have a dynamite proactive team of advisors to framework the official commentaries.

Bush just looks pathetic, though somehow he still has second place in NH.
Walker is exposed as a nobody with nothing to really say.
Perry and Christie are puke.
Rubio hangs in there right on the edge of maybe ... maybe not ...
Rand Paul has great character, and is very much in the running still by sheer over effort at this point.
Carly is going to have to get a lot more Judge Judy styled snarly to hang in there.

GOP suck monsters ---- Scott the Weasel Walker

Since his emergence as a top-tier contender in January,
Scott Walker has moved closer and closer to Ted Cruz’s end of the GOP-spectrum

Quote:Take, for example,
how the two are approaching the candidacy of Donald Trump.

Cruz has lavished praise on The Donald;
this morning, Walker told Fox News
that his position on immigration is similar to that of Trump’s
(the most notable aspect of which, of course, is to build a wall and make the Mexicans pay for it,).

Then, the Wisconsin governor took a page from the Cruz playbook,
telling Glenn Beck that Senate majority leader Mitch McConnell is part of the problem in Washington.

“We were told if Republicans got the majority in the United States Senate,
there would be a bill on the president’s desk to repeal Obamacare,” Walker said.

“It is August. Where is that bill?
Where was that vote?”
But Walker made the biggest splash today when he said he is in favor of ending birthright citizenship.

Meanwhile Rubio struggles to make news

Quote:Marco Rubio dismissed Donald Trump’s immigration plan as not feasible,
and said he disagreed with the billionaire about ending birthright citizenship.

Rubio also said Trump’s plan to deport all the illegal immigrants already in the country was unrealistic.

“We have 12 or 13 million human beings that have been here for a long time.
And there is really no, there’s not really a realistic way
of rounding up and deporting 12 or 13 million people
and our nation wouldn’t want to do that anyway,” Rubio said.

Rubio, who was a co-sponsor of the failed immigration overhaul two years ago,
said changes to the immigration system would have to happen incrementally.

Cruz and Trump don't sling shit at each other,
and Trump is stealing all the votes from Bush and Weasel Walker in Iowa.

But Cruz is on the steep rise suddenly:
Why Ted Cruz has the best chance of becoming the GOP nominee

Quote:He may not have the buzziest campaign of the 2016 cycle thus far,
ceding the stage to standouts —
like Donald Trump, Bernie Sanders, Ben Carson, and Carly Fiorina —
who have hit a populist nerve.
But Trump, Carson, and Fiorina — even more so than Sanders — are outsiders,
and despite Cruz's penchant for making enemies and alienating people,
he's playing a deeply inside game.

It's working like a charm.
And his fellow insiders should be at least mildly terrified.

Here's the Cruz playbook.
First, count on the other insider insurgents to flame out or fade. Lol

That's already happening to poor Rand Paul.
(Things are so dire in the Paul camp that he's had to fall back on his father as a fundraising surrogate.)  Hmm2

It's happening, in slow motion, to Scott Walker Whip
whose lunkheaded approval of $80 million in public subsidies for a new NBA arena
is just the latest indicator that he's not as conservative
or compelling a candidate as his supporters had hoped.

The next puzzle piece to fall into place is Rick Perry.
Even for Cruz, who has happily made himself a hate figure in the oh-so-collegial Senate,
dumping on Perry would be bad form.
It's essential to the Cruz campaign that Perry take himself out —
and that's nearly a done deal, now, too.

With Cruz holding steady in the polls,
the stage is just about set for him to emerge as the only "true conservative" in the race
with the brains and the chops to match the purity.

Although those qualities definitely prevent Cruz from beating Trump or Fiorina
in the invisible populist primary,
establishment types know full well that Cruz is the only viable candidate
who the right's populists and elites can both stomach.

Jeb el Stupidissimo Bush
Jeb Bush is even more disliked than Donald Trump, poll finds

Quote:While Donald Trump may have a net unfavorable rating
of minus 20 percentage points among registered voters,
Jeb Bush is faring even worse.

The latest CNN/ORC poll released Tuesday shows Bush
with a net unfavorable rating two points lower than Trump's,
at minus 22 percentage points.
Even amongst just the Republican population,

Bush is still polling worse than Trump.
The Donald's rise in the Republican primary polls continued this week with 24 percent,
while the former Florida governor trailed by 11 percentage points,
coming in second at 13 percent.
Retired neurosurgeon Ben Carson came in third with 8 percent.

Hillary Clinton is rooting for Jeb Bush

There’s just one problem—
the Clintons want Jeb Bush to be the GOP nominee, too.

Quote:It was Trump himself who picked up on this fact Applause
when Hillary Clinton singled out Bush for criticism over his remark
that “I’m not sure we need a half a billion dollars for women’s health issues.”

Bush later said he “misspoke.”
(This is supposed to be the safe, gaffe-free candidate, right?)  Rofl

By going after Jeb directly, and far from the first time,
the Clintons want to “elevate” him,
Trump charged Whip
because they know they can beat him.

Here’s something you don’t hear, well, ever, in Washington:
Donald Trump is right. <----------------  Hi

—Republicans ought to think hard about the reasons why Bush Whip
might be the easiest of the serious GOP contenders for the Clintons to beat.

And it’s not just because they’ve done it before. Lol

Quote:Watergate journalist Bob Woodward thinks Hillary Clinton's private email account controversy shares some similarities with Richard Nixon's infamous Watergate scandal. Woodward, who was one of the Washington Post reporters who helped break the story that eventually led to President Nixon's resignation, compared Clinton's emails to the Nixon tapes in an interview Monday, as Nixon thought that the tapes he kept documenting conversations were "exclusively his."

"Follow the trail here," Woodward said on MSNBC's Morning Joe. "You've got massive amounts of data. It, in a way, reminds me of the Nixon tapes: thousands of hours of secretly recorded conversations that Nixon thought were exclusively his."

How Many GOP Candidates Can You Name?
Quote:n obituary typically includes a brief biography of the deceased person and details about his or her family, but one Gloucester Township woman made sure hers included a specific request.
“In lieu of flowers, please do not vote for Hillary Clinton,” Elaine Fydrych asked at the end of her obituary.
Elaine, who died on August 13, was a lover of theater, acting, and no surprise here, comedy, according to her obituary.
“She was a natural at comedy and her standup act was part of a Comcast local comic special in 2008.”
No word if Elaine was team Bernie Sanders or team GOP.

Things have gotten so absurd on so many fronts in the political world, that why not?
Lets let the Iranians inspect themselves on this nuclear deal!

Yes, along with just massive amounts of double talk as to why it's alright, in the announcement today, apparently a certain 'SIDE DEAL' allows them to do long as they give themselves 21 days of notification before doing so

RE: Next President of the United Fates of America - Fsbirdhouse - 08-19-2015

Don't you wonder? Don't you just really wonder how it has come to be that the most basic common sense has so completely abandoned people who one might think are in positions of power because they where thought to be intelligent by the majority of people?
Doesn't it seem that God has, in fact, removed his hand from the affairs of man, leaving him to effect a fix on a world wide culture gone mad?
All seems chaos on every front!

Glad I live in a little enclave of sanity. But having no illusions that it last forever in a world so bent on abandoning every decent thing in favor of evil.

Quote:Americans Don’t Know that the Rest of the World Views U.S. as Biggest Danger, Rogue State
Posted on August 20, 2015 by WashingtonsBlog
Noam Chomsky notes:
Quote:According to the leading western polling agencies (WIN/Gallup International), the prize for “greatest threat” is won by the United States.  The rest of the world regards it as the gravest threat to world peace by a large margin.  In second place, far below, is Pakistan, its ranking probably inflated by the Indian vote.  Iran is ranked below those two, along with China, Israel, North Korea, and Afghanistan.
Fifteen years ago, the prominent political analyst Samuel Huntington, professor of the science of government at Harvard, warned in the establishment journal Foreign Affairs that for much of the world the U.S. was “becoming the rogue superpower… the single greatest external threat to their societies.” Shortly after, his words were echoed by Robert Jervis, the president of the American Political Science Association: “In the eyes of much of the world, in fact, the prime rogue state today is the United States.” As we have seen, global opinion supports this judgment by a substantial margin.
But Americans don’t know any of that.  We assume the rest of the world loves and respects us, as we are spoon-fed the “World’s Greatest” and “Exceptional Country” pablum from the mainstream media.

Donald Trump Launches NEW 15-Second Anti-Hillary Video… See Why Over 50,000 People “Like” It

On Tuesday, 2016 GOP presidential candidate Donald Trump launched a new 15-second campaign ad on Facebook against Democrat challenger Hillary Rodham Clinton in which he called her out for being indifferent to the key issues that concern everyday Americans.
The video showed images pertaining to three scandals — Benghazi, Whitewater and her private email server — interspersed between a video clip of Clinton proudly boasting, “It doesn’t matter.”

What made the ad so amazing — and what in fact earned it lots of praise from Trump’s Facebook followers — was the way in which Trump used Clinton’s own words against her.
The premise was a simple one — Hillary Clinton doesn’t care about things that matter, like the fact that she illegally used a private email address on a personal server apparently stored in a bathroom closet to send and receive classified information.
Nor does Clinton care about the fact that President Barack Hussein Obama just signed a horrible nuclear deal with Iran — or the fact that Planned Parenthood officials see nothing wrong with harvesting and selling fetal body parts — or the fact that the Islamic State group is growing stronger by the day.

“It does matter!” a caption reminded her, to which she could be seen responding by asking, “What difference at this point does it make?”

Apparently, all Clinton genuinely cares about is deflecting the truth and making flat jokes about Snapchat.
When it comes to the real issues, Clinton remains as mute as a fish, which is why Trump ended the ad by reminding Americans that they should “make a difference” by voting for him in 2016 (H/T Western Journalism).
It would sure beat voting for Hillary Clinton, a woman who clearly lacks what it takes to “make America great again.”

Quote:David Miliband dragged into Hillary Clinton email scandal after it emerges confidential British intelligence was sent to presidential hopeful's private account
  • Clinton under fire over private email account used as Secretary of State
  • Presidential frontrunner insists she did not break strict security protocols
  • But emails containing foreign intelligence were sent to her private account
  • Among emails is 2009 note from the then Foreign Secretary David Miliband

Brilliant Politically Incorrect Cartoon Shows What We’re All Thinking Today
by Voice of Reason

The video below is a very telling one, and given Obama’s track record for corruption, I would have believed everything this insider says, whether I heard it from an insider or not. The video below came out shortly after Baltimore went haywire, and the D.H.S. insider said Obama is TRYING to ignite a race war. That is his INTENT. Now look what we have…  once again we have "Terrorists" Burning Down St. Louis, So of Course the Militarized Police Are Rolling In.

As the old saying goes, "If you hang around the barbershop long enough, you're bound to get a haircut.” What I am eluding to, is if you put angry rioters and police tougher enough times, eventually the story ends very very very badly, and not just for those involved. That is the PERFECT excuse for Martial Law. Many days, because of things like the Iranian deal, it is hard to see Obama as anything more than an incompetent boob, because as far as I’m concerned, a well trained gerbil could probably exercise better leadership skills than Obama has shown.

At the same time, Obama's total mastery of incompetence is overshadowed only by his ability to dishonestly and diabolically scheme for a desired outcome. We saw it with how Obamacare passed, the underhanded attempts at gun grabs, when masses of children began showing up at the border, and I suspect the worst is yet to come.

Hat's off to Wook, who not so long ago sat on my couch and told me he believed a Back-Lash was coming to all the PC, to all the BS.

Hat's off to V, tho I'm still watching in almost unbelief, he jumped on the Trump band wagon almost immediately.
I may be reserving a seat next to him on that one. I still think Rubio could beat Shillary, but I like the promises Trump is making.

I do not equate Trump to Hitler, but I do equate 1920s Germany to ourselves at the present moment. We desperately need someone to cure our problems, and he is promising to do so. Insanity has infected every level of our society, and we need someone to step up and say "NO" more!

Has there ever been a time in American history when a front runner in one party saw the front runner in the other party self destruct so efficiently as Shillary is doing at the moment? Trump must be chuckling himself to sleep every night just watching it happen.
This is a singular moment in American political history. Enjoy it now, and pray that it isn't paving the way to an eventual dictatorship! They always seem to go so wrong.
