Sacred geometry: Invisible blueprint of life
By Teddye Snell, Press Staff Writer

From the Egyptians to the Greeks, from the Kabbalistic Jews to the Christians, sacred geometry has been taught throughout time to initiates as a closely guarded secret.

According to Dr. Robert Gilbert, a former U.S. Marine Corps intructor in nuclear-biological-chemical warfare survival who holds a doctorate in international studies, the world is being shaped - sometimes for the worse - by a modern science that manipulates life’s natural patterns, while lacking the contextual understanding to do so responsibly.

Gilbert delivered a two-day seminar, “Sacred Geometry: The Invisible Blueprint of Life,” Friday and Saturday at Sancta Sophia Seminary on Sparrowhawk Mountain.

Gilbert offered attendees insight into once-secret initiation teachings about the hidden relationships between the physical and spiritual worlds. Sacred geometry is the basis for the sacred science of Egypt, and the Pythagorean science of vibrational energies. According to Gilbert, it’s the master key to expanding spiritual awareness, as well as healing the physical body and correcting energetic problems.

Sacred geometry can be related to the “Platonic solids,” or the five shapes that can divide a circle or sphere perfectly. The five forms are the tetrahedron, the octahedron, the hexahedron (cube), the icosahedron and the dodecahedron.

From Pythagoras and the Five Regular Solids:

Quote:The Pythagoreans believed that the universe consisted of a central, spherical earth surrounded by one of the five regular solids, in turn surrounded by a crystalline sphere surrounded by another regular solid, and so on. Five concentric spheres in all surrounded the earth, each circumscribed about a regular solid. The planets and the stars were attached to these crystalline spheres, and as they rotated they created wondrous musical harmonies. The Pythagoreans believed most people couldn’t hear this "harmony of the spheres" because they had grown accustomed to it from birth, but that Pythagoras alone could indeed hear it. Over 2000 years later Johannes Kepler, most remembered for his three laws of motion, would spend most of his life trying to discover the harmony of the spheres.

The Archimedean Solids, from Bruce Rawles' Sacred Geometry Homepage:

Kepler said:

Quote:The dodecahedron corresponds to the UNIVERSE because the zodiac has 12 signs (the constellations of stars that the sun passes through in the course of one year) corresponding to the 12 faces of the dodecahedron.

From this great page.

Quote:Daybreak comes with thick mist and drizzle.President George Washington, tall and distinguished at 59 years, and 36-year-old Maj. Pierre Charles L'Enfant leave their lodgings in the port of Georgetown on the Potomac River and mount horses. The younger man,an architect-engineer,is also tall and courtly but has a beaked nose and a manner some consider arrogant. They ride east across swollen Rock creek, past corn-stubble fields and timber,to inspect uneven Maryland countryside that will become the nation's capital. The land,an English visitor later observes,"waves in gentle curvatures, never rising into a hill, never sinking into a valley...surrounded by a complete amphitheater of hills."
On this historic Tuesday,March 29,1791,Washington is attracted to a ridge with a view south to his beloved Potomac:Here will rise a house for the President. The mounted party rides another mile to Jenkin's Hill;L'Enfant calls it"a pedestal waiting for a monument"That monument will be the U.S.Capital.Washington finds the weather so bad that he derives "no great satisfaction from the review."But for the visionary L'Enfant lengthy conversations with the President encourage him to plunge ahead on a "grand plan for the whole city"

What Billy may not have noticed is that the streetplans and layout of D.C. is not that much an issue to me and it is NOT a case I need to make, defend,or advance.Pentagrams,square/compass...etc.

The Whole Solution is not in the streetplan.Wich has been modified.
But the original Boundaries of the district.
The Surveying coupled with astronimcal precision goes a long way to support that This SQUARE(D.C.) had to be PLACED just so.

And before the ubiquitous sceptical response,"those are just overlaid lines and don't exist in reality",I have and can show that the Square
of D.C. is visible from space.CUT RIGHT into the Topology.

still catching up with this thread but it seems a lot of foam and very little expresso.

What I like about HM is that it is not about stats. I love the crazy guest questions when you try to log in -- I totally cracked up when DD wanted to respond to something, wrote up his post and then read that question -- the look on his face was priceless. I keep suggesting he register but he is an odd one - and stubborn to boot. Steals my AV instead.

I am wondering if any of those studying DC have ever taken the time to do it from the ground and get a sense of the different areas - not just the overall birds-eye view.

what do you make of Roslyn across the river in Georgetown?

is there a connection with Rosslyn Chapel and is that also connected to Cydonia?

I have asked the question before, in general, as I do not know anything about Mars - but could someone PM me to let me know Burisch's studies of mars stack up compared to what others are doing? Did he really have access to images that others could not access? I also do not get the sacred geometry enough to be about to evaluate his claims as anything 'special" -- what I come up with seems to indicate that this course of study is not unique -- I suspect a huge case of re-packaging. can anyone help me here?

I really feel a very strange tie to that city.

The Overlay is a keeper!
Awesome job keith and superior to Daniel Perez's.

The Form I like to call: The Spearhead.
This is what I believe is the actual shape of the groundplan that the Five Faceted structure(D&M) on Cydonia sits upon.
I have an old graphic that illustrates this but man-o-man!that is obsolete with your presentation.

I accepted this as the true underlying form of the D&M ever since TEM's article:

I have news for you........ when TSHTF, your "brothers" won't do shit for you and we will survive because we aren't dependent upon some network of connections - WE ARE STRONG and stand on our own two feet.

edited to add:
I apologize for going off like that. I just get tired of the masons acting like they are the only ones who know anything and are right - reminds me of the fundy xtians - and their information is just as manipulated in its own way as everyone else's. They accept it without question, and that makes them easy targets. You gotta go with your own connections to spirit and find your own truth.

Guys I only did what I could back at Clinton Community College with Hillary when the opportunity came to the get the MGS MOC data dumps going when Dr. Mikey was beng so stingy and nothing else seemed to be working and staying steadfast on thr FOIA for 'Intellectual Freedom' for the missing MOC images and trying finding out of if Sect 1206.300 of NASA's FOIA laws had ever been used on a "NON-EARTH" target.

Keith is the one who 'taught' me how to do to THEMIS IR data and I did quite a few.

Hopefully by Christmas this year I'll be squared away again and can get the website going again and do more of the things I have in mind about many things. We'll see...I'm just waiting for the Judge's opinion right now and if it goes my way...well THEN you'll see some more movement on several fronts besides Cydonia.

But..NEVER discount your own contributions EA and Max...you make a difference as well and the more band members we have playing the same tune...the bigger ORCHESTRA we can have to make ourselves REALLY HEARD LOUD AND CLEAR AND BEAUTIFUL !!!

I believe if you add 19.5 North of 0 @ the Equator,to the 19.5 South of the Equator...you'll end up with 39 degrees.

This Illuminates one possible reason why the Square of D.C. is positioned with its topmost corner on the 39th parallel.

Even if one doesnt or cannot see the Masonic influences involved with the great deliberation to create Washington D.C, that in no wise diminishes the analog to Cydonia, anymore than Silbury, or Giza. In retrospect, Billy, Masonry is a very charitale organization/Fraternity, and like any benificent organization, there are, could be, was, some bad apples in the history of it. I know the degrees, and rites, passwords and oaths, and I find them interesting to study. Masonry is an attempt to go back to the beginning, to the proverbial 'Garden of Eden', however, if you are not a 'Blue Lodger' you are not an 'Elite' member. Not that there is anything wrong with that condition. However Billy, do you remember the Washington Monument? There are copies of it in Europe. Do you remember the Obelisk of Osiris? This is exactly what that Monument is meant to represent. EA does have the Axis down, and Billy, In our Isotropic Universe, that Axis exists the same way. If you need furthur clarification of this, Im ready to help.
