Keith's gigapan here is exceptional,
so I thought it would go good on Wook's thread.

Bottom left,
going out a little bit at about 10-11 oclock,
from the inner right angle corner bend,
of the bottom left rectangular section.
A nice group of land forms.

the upper center land forms -- zoom in,
the black line going through the pyramid-esque form is an image defect.

quite unusual for such an elevated form to be so sculpted and chiseled vertical

I did and its only a little bit away from Cydonia, The helicopter is within its distance to go quickly and back within a single SOL.

I hope to update my page since the ExoMars in actually ESA's Rover.  When I was talking to get back into the guest to use NASA software I asked the contractor who was handling the phones. He wasn't getting paid either, but he stated WE USA NASA does NOT own the ExoMars, and there is no other rover going in 2020.

I am in the middle of trying to get Poser 11 Pro with LaFemme additions. The install Daz3D, Bryce, Hexagon, and a few other 3D programs.   Lost a LOT of stuff from the Amazon's Download Manager crashed my system putting stuff on all 3 hard drives I had in the machine.  Still a 64 bit 8 core and fast, but been a bit bust with Smith Micro of Poser are Horsepoop  for Help for customers.

Daz3D where quite helpful, they suggest get Poser 11 Pro installed FIRST then they'll know where the FINAL folder for the CONTENT is to tie them into Poser.

I found one spot that SURELY looks like it has been "worked' on and the original ground has been modified by some. The other pic I added was where it looks like the patterns were made from water rather than just wind.

Labeled and listed.

On that image posted about the Gigapan, there is one formation towards the bottom on the dark part where there are several layers on that formation almost forming perfect I will estimate between 65-90 degree angle, each layer or terrace to better call it end in a sharp point, reminds me of an arrowhead

Let me see if this work

Some "updates" coming from 2006-2008 in ALL CRISM cubes of data:

Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter CRISM MTRDR and TER Release 11

PDS announces Release 11 of Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter CRISM Targeted Empirical Data Record (TER) and Map-projected Targeted Reduced Data Record (MTRDR) products, at

 http://pds-geosciences.wustl.edu/missions/mro/crism.htm

This release fills in data from December 9, 2006, to February 8, 2008.  TER products are image cubes derived from CRISM hyperspectral targeted observations, post-processed to standardize the illumination and observation geometry and remove atmospheric gas absorptions and instrument artifacts. MTRDRs are the same products map-projected using terrain models of the Martian surface.

The standard route to access released data:

Their analysis against glaciation is premature to generate over the entirety of Valles Marineris.
Initial examples are good, but they fall flat on:
Image 2C -- that is the one that they have no real explanation for.

You can draw your own conclusions, but it doesn't look like what they want to label it:

Quote:In a final example,
in Figure 2C apparent hollows interpreted by Gourronc et al. (2014)
as kettle holes in Candor Chasma
(pits formed by the melting of stranded glacial ice)
are actually ridges comprised of individual mounds,
as seen up close in Figure 2D.
The origins of this unusual feature are as-yet unclear
as it has only been identified in this specific area,
but
they may be an advanced form of mesa degradation. Nonono

Evidence against vast glaciation in Mars’ grandest canyons

I made an image of their Image C.
Note the entire oval enclosure of mounds and perimeter form.
Go to the link for Image D -- the close up on the white rectangular outlined area.
Magnify that, note especially the top right large mound and surroundings.

The D image in this little square of end of Valley Marianas in upper right hand corner I see a "monolith" and the 'D" also covers the ground work so as to "muck" that mound up, but is also interesting.

So I see on 2nd mound from top right of D image...LET EXOMARS check it out since ESA/Russians and a few other countries are heading to that area...NASA is NOT.

Nor is NASA's Rover with Helicopter going there either.

#2020CydoniaRover

If a MRO is taken we'd see more, but I'd rather them get my MRO CRISM STEREO SQUARE in 3D before ANY next picture.

I think if a stereo CHRISM of the entire Pyramid in 3D might make #2020CydoniaRover.

There are a lot of small scale items to ponder out there.
