Next President of the United Fates of America
#34
Wook, I hope the AP wins their lawsuit.
The AP has been fighting the State Department for years on end for information
that should be directly forthcoming,
and they finally said enough is enough,
and a lawsuit will force the issue.
so,
"freedom of information"
from the State Department comes with a hefty legal fee,
if you want anything of substance.

Rand Paul
the Huffington Post is floating like a bee and stinging RP Whip

I have always supported an independent Kurdistan,
away from the puppet Iraqi government of Iranian influence.

Here is Obama's tired ass Iraqi unity slant:

Quote: The Obama administration on Wednesday argued
that speaking of an independent Kurdistan
would actually harm the fight against the Islamic State,
which it refers to as ISIS.

"We believe a unified Iraq is a stronger Iraq,"
a State Department official told HuffPost in an email Horsepoop
"Iraq’s sovereign territory remains under threat from ISIS
and the only way to address this threat
is for all Iraqis -- Sunni, Shia, and Kurd -- to work together.”

Fat chance of that pipe dream working out.

Rand Paul stepping into deep political zoo doo Whip

Rand Paul,
Longtime Foe Of Nation Building, Is Ready Now To Redraw The Middle East

Quote:The libertarian-leaning senator has built a reputation
on his reluctance to intervene abroad,
a point he emphasizes as he travels the country
ahead of a likely White House bid in 2016.

Quote:But on Wednesday,
two weeks after telling a crowd of conservatives
that Republicans should give up the concept of nation building abroad Rofl
Paul called on the United States
to ship arms to the Kurds Guitar
with a promise to build them a nation Woohoo Kurdistan.

“Part of the problem is the Kurds aren’t getting enough arms,”
Paul told Breitbart News.
“The Kurds are the best fighters.
The arms are going through Baghdad to get to the Kurds
and they’re being siphoned off and they’re not getting what they need.
I think any arms coming from us or coming from any European countries
ought to go directly to the Kurds.”

Quote:He then endorsed redrawing the borders of Iraq and Syria
to form a new country,
exposing as he did the gaps in his understanding of the region.

"I would draw new lines for Kurdistan
and I would promise them a country," Paul said.

Read the rest of the article, it is excellent actually,
especially on the different mind sets of Iraqi Kurds
and Syrian Kurds and how they view the future.

Rand Paul is in over his head right now,
but bold enough to strike out with some originality,
regardless of the obvious misgivings in any true foreign policy experience.

Obama, on the other hand with his "Iraqi Unity"
is pandering to the Turks who don't want an independent Kurdistan.

Rand Paul at CPAC {from the above link}
Quote:"As conservatives, we should not succumb to the notion
that a government inept at home
will somehow become successful abroad.

That a government that can't even deliver mail
will somehow be able to create nations abroad,"
Paul told his mostly younger, more libertarian audience at CPAC.

"Without question we must be strong.
Without question we must defend ourselves.
I envision an America with a national defense unparalleled,
undefeatable Whip
and unencumbered by nation building."

Rand Paul contradicting his own foreign policy statements at CPAC
Quote:"I would draw new lines for Kurdistan
and I would promise them a country," Paul said.

I can't wait to hear what he has to say about dealing with Assad.
That should be tatsy news.

You can't ... "promise" an ethnic group their own country.
It is absurd.
but in that absurdity,
I agree with Kurdistan being free of the Iraqi Ghouls,
as it's own nation.
The Kurds, the Pesh Murgha are doing the real fighting against the ISIS maniacs.
But "nation building" all has to happen from within the Islamic Ghoul War cesspool.

Unified Iraq is bullshit Whip
Unified Syria is bullshit Whip
Promising anybody anything over there is bullshit Whip
Assad still has to die.
Israel still has to take out Iranian nuclear facilities.
Rand Paul needs to shut the fuck up with "promises".
You don't make a promise, you make a suggestive analogy and smile Smoke

Obama on the other hand
is just talking window dressing shit in global political media shoe shine with:
"Unified Iraq"
That is shoe polish on boots with no honest feet to fill them,
but everybody in Iraq and Syria trying to step into the leather all at once.

The Chain of Ghouls in the Mid East.

... and Rand Paul is the Republican dove candidate ...

The other shit heads want to go all Netanyahu on Iranian nuclear plants.

Hillary isn't loosing any sleep yet.

Obama still hasn't deployed ground troops.

Rand Paul,
learning to play hard ball.
Strike One.
